Secluded Private Cabin with Pool, hot tub, fireplace & so much more

We couldn’t have been any more pleased with this beautiful cabin. It was the perfect family gathering place and full of thoughtful and very useful amenities beyond our expectations. Emma was the most amazing host. Don’t hesitate to book this rental. It’s at the top of our rental experiences and you won’t be disappointed!

Due to traveling for work-this is by far the nicest place I’ve ever stayed. It is SUPER kid friendly, fully equipped with everything you may need and not even think of, extremely clean, the attention to detail in building this place was so well thought out- the hosts are AMAZING people- and we are already planning a reunion here in the future. The folks that came for the birthday we hosted here now ALSO want to come and rent because it is such a nice and relaxing get away. The pictures are wonderful but don’t do this home justice. We are actually sad to have to pack up and leave. If you rent this place- be prepared to be blown away from the hosts going above and beyond on every detail of this home. The pool was heated and clean- the main shower is HUGE. Definitely would give more stars if I could.!!! 10/10

We had such a great stay for our family Christmas at the Hillside Hideaway! The weather was amazing so we were able to enjoy the outdoor activities, and had plenty room for everyone to enjoy the festivities. Already discussing retuning for a summer gathering. The place had everything we needed and more! Emma was an incredible host!

Endless opportunities for activities (games, etc.). Warm refreshing pool (even in October!) Emma was very sweet and helpful - awesome recommendation on the coffee shop! Outdoor kitchen area was nice. All areas of the home were extremely clean. Being able to log in speaker system was a definite plus. Enjoyed the back yard spaces, which were together yet separated for various activities. Secluded and private. Beautifully decorated.

This place was fabulous - the kitchen had plenty of dishes, cookware, appliances, spices. Lots of games available to play. Bathroom well stocked with things like toilet paper, cotton balls, q-tips, hand soap, hand sanitizer, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. Very thoughtful touches if you were traveling with 2 year olds. Pool was awesome. Our family wants to plan to stay here again!

Everything you need for a wonderful weekend. Between the game room, the pool and the sand, our grandkids wore themselves out. Great outdoor kitchen for easy mealtimes. Emma's thought of all the things that make this a relaxing place to atay.

The Hideaway was awesome! Many amenities. The Smores were unexpected but appreciated! We loved the piped in music and outdoor kitchen by the pool. The kids loved the sand by the volleyball pit. That outdoor shower was then necessary. So many extras. Thank you!

This is our second time staying here and we love it! The kids and adults both enjoy the pool and hot tub, as well have having our annual ping pong tournament and sand volleyball games. S’mores at the fire pit is a great way to end the night. The cabin has all the amenities/supplies you will need for your trip. We will definitely be back!

Another great stay. Plenty to do. Pool was wonderful when the heat index was over 100! Nice fire pit, outdoor kitchen. Kitchen is well stocked. Comfy beds.

I have been bringing my family here for the past 6 years are we are currently planning to come again next year for our 7th year in a row. The secluded location of the property and all the different amenities are amazing and have provided years of memories for my family. We've searched to find similar properties in the Midwest and haven't found anything that compares to what the Hillside Hideaway offers. To make things even better, the owners are great people and we enjoy talking with them every year when we come.

Most well stocked kitchen/house/outside place we’ve been. Nothing forgotten by Jemma properties. 13 of us from ages 7-78 and we all enjoyed our Friday-Monday private oasis. We don’t leave after we get there until checkout time. We cook, bake and grill and never at a loss for a skillet or pan. 2 refrigerators and the industrial ice maker keep us cooled off after hot days playing in the sand court badminton (took our own) and pool days. Beds are comfortable and Emma quickly responds to inquiries. Trying to get our next trip back planned as we left.

It’s perfect and already booking next year!

Our family recently stayed at Hillside Hideaway. We ranged in age from 5 to 75! This is a great place to stay. The house, pool, outdoor kitchen, sand court, hot tub all were wonderful. Emma is great to work with and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. This is our second stay and we hope to be back again next year!

Emma was a great host and our group had a ton of fun!

Property was amazing as were the hosts. We stayed for a week and had family and friends over the course of the week. It was a perfect venue with a large kitchen to gather with anything you could possibly need (including a drawer full of spices in case you forgot something ;), a game room for hanging/playing games, and the living room has a large TV and surround sound with a huge sofa so we enjoyed watching a movie or two. There is a Sonos sound system that covers every area of the property which was awesome since we do enjoy our music! The outdoor amenities are THE GREATEST. It was winter, so couldn't enjoy to the fullest but can imagine what a score in good weather. We used the awesome firepit, horseshoe pit and hot tub! The outdoor bar is a great space, but it was just too cold to be far from the fire. Same for the lighted volleyball pit but there is so much attention to detail in all of the amenities. Everything was easy and comfortable. The hosts were super attentive and helpful. Thank you, Emma!

This spot offers everything that you can ask for and more. We celebrated a 40th birthday with 8 couples but it is also ideal for families with children of all ages. There are endless entertainment options both indoor and outdoor. Emma is great to work with as well. She is very informative and helpful from before we arrived and even while we were there. We had one small issue, however, she was there within minutes and the issues was resolved. We scheduled the Ste. Genevieve Trolley to pick us up and drop us off at the house for the winery tour throughout the beautiful wine country. Would highly recommend this as well. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and entertainment.

We came in town for a short weekend, as a group of 14. Plenty of room for all of us and lots of activities for all ages. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could need. We are already talking about returning to this property, or the neighboring one. Thanks, Emma for your hospitality!
