Secluded Lakefront Retreat on 60 Acres Private Dock, Fishing & Wildlife

The communication with Joy, the owner, could not be any better. She was always available and made our stay effortless! The house was stunning! Not only that everything was provided! Only had to bring your clothes and food and settle in! We were the first ones to stay for the season so there were a few dead bugs and cobwebs on the tall windows in front which is the only reason I rated it a 4. Other than that the house was impeccable. The only problem we had was our stay went by too fast!!! Will definitely rent this VRBO again! Thank you Joy for sharing your beautiful home!

Nice house, great layout on a nice big lot. Quiet and nobody close to you. Nice flat lot and easy dock access. Great for anyone who doesn’t like lots of stairs. Hard to find sometimes at the Ozarks. Plenty of parking.Beds were good. Beverage fridge was handy. They let you know there aren’t any TVs. To each their own, but a smart TV or two would be nice. WiFi did work well. The last leg of road down is gravel for a mile . Not a big deal depending on what car you might be wanting to drive down. Great house overall, we had a good time! Definitely recommend to others.

This property has been our favorite place to book, this was our second year booking this property. The property is well kept and clean. There is so many things for the kids to enjoy inside and outside. I 100% recommend staying here with your family!

We had an amazing stay at this Vrbo property! The home was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family vacation. The lake views were beautiful, and we loved having easy access to the water for swimming, fishing, and boating. The host was responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. From the albino buck to the chipmunks and squirrels, we had a daily parade of wildlife. Our rooms were just right, and the ginormous table made a perfect place for crafts and fellowship. We’re already talking about our next visit.

Our family of all ages loved staying here. Plenty of space for everyone, both indoor and outdoor, and tucked away at the end of the cove so felt very private. The owners were friendly and responsive.

This home and property with all of its accommodations met every need as the location host for our family reunion. As our family grows and different types of space are needed for both adults and littles, this property had everything we needed. Plenty of outside play space, porch sits, water play and comfortable accommodations. Would highly recommend for medium sized groups with plenty of privacy and spreading out space as well as large gathering rooms for most anykind of activity. Do not let the “no tv” in home scare you away. Go to this property and soak up all of the other visiting and play options. We had 5 littles and all they needed was cousin time. That being said, there is new internet in the home with plenty of bandwidth for multiple devices and no glitchy or dropped serviced to include video/zoom conferencing. The Host is extremely contactable and quick to help answer and resolve any kind of concern. Highly recommend and will consider booking property again in the future. It was a beautiful place! We enjoyed all sitting on the dock while paddle boarding and kayaking. We played washers, corn hole and badminton. Lots of room for our big group. The coffee bar was amazing really loved the cooler underneath. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful property with easy access to the lake. We loved watching the deer in the yard and fishing off the dock . The WiFi was spotty at best—but that did not pose a problem for us. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of food storage space. Overall, we loved it and will return!

We stayed here in 2023 and loved it so much, we came back again this year. Not only was it as great as we remembered, it was greatly improved by the new dock decking and shiny blue swim ladder. Air conditioning is great, location is quiet, fishing from the dock was good. We were able to bring in a tritoon boat one day with no issues. The bedrooms were great and accommodated our large group perfectly. The wildlife was as expected with several deer sightings throughout the week. The house was clean and well decorated with great personal touches. We liked that it is a very short drive to Buck Creek Store, and the employees there were friendly. The neighbors next door were very friendly as well. The kids enjoyed the Stand Up Paddleboard, even the adults tried it and had fun failing. Would return here again the next time we have a large group coming to the lake.
