Travel up the 2000 foot driveway, with its magnificent trees, stone bridge, and creek, that manifest the romantic vision of traditional England. This exquisite European stone mansion sits on a tree-covered rise surrounded by its private 45 acres. Boasting six outdoor patios, gardens and lovely panoramic views. The whole Inn consists of a total of 7.5 guest rooms and 6.5 baths . There are 3 wood burning and 7 natural gas fireplaces throughout the Inn, that make the inside warm and inviting. Walnut and mahogany inlays, wide plank floor boards and paintings, the winding staircase, beamed ceilings, and glass-enclosed porch overlooking the original stone wall(The Rockery) capture the English beauty.
The price quoted here is for a total of 7.5 bedrooms with 6.5 baths and the use of the main house, which includes a Large Living room, Formal Dining room, butlers pantry and a fully equipped Kitchen.
The small sun room is one of my favorite rooms. It is the perfect place to have that first cup of coffee in the morning and that glass of wine in the evening as you watch the sun set. There is a large wood burning fireplace in the living room and gas fireplaces in the dining room, study and large Sun room.

We had fifteen family members from across the country converge at the Morgan Samuals Inn. The grounds are lovely and the house is just a wonderful as described! Our host was very helpful and tolerant of our family of three generations. It was everything we needed and allowed for a relaxed and comfortable family weekend.
The property and house are incredibly well maintained, with a friendly property manager who is there to ensure you have a pleasant stay. The character of the individual rooms is charming, and the amenities are more than grand. We enjoyed a fire, an outdoor dinner, and all of the delights the house had to offer. We will be back!
Beautiful property with lots of room for a large group. Liza is very welcoming and helpful
14 of us stayed here for our reunion and it was perfect! Wonderful areas to relax and talk both inside and out. The grounds were beautiful and fun to explore. Liza was easy to work with and the perfect host! We enjoyed the fire pit and the kitchen had everything we ever needed! It was a perfect place for us!
Liza: Thank you for the pleasant stay at the Morgan Samuels Inn Venue. Everything was as described. We were welcomed and nicely accommodated. Thank you for keeping us so warm with the fireplaces and porch stove. We enjoyed our visit to the Finger Lakes.
A spectacular 5 days in the Samual mansion! We had a group of college friends celabrating 49 since we met. We could not have had a better gathering place. Private bedrooms and baths and the greatest gathering room where 14 of us sat around the fireplace with the wood our host Liza had all gathered for us. The grounds are so beautiful with so many gardens. A full and well supplied kitchen! Liza, thank you for your hospitality and making all so comfortable. This was a piece of paradise. CHERYL
We stayed at former B&B at the Morgan Samuels Inn mid-week for a concert at the CMAC which was super convenient. However, we are wishing we’d stayed longer as the house was so cozy, steeped in history and the grounds were beautiful. Liza was easy to work with and a joy to chat with during our stay. She could be seen often working diligently around the property to continue to restore it to its former glory. It already looks fantastic and would definitely consider for event space and renting for special occasions! The rooms are spacious with most having their own bathroom and all having new mattresses. Definitely mark this property to your favorites and make an excuse to go visit!
We were five couples on a cycling trip in the Finger Lakes. Liza’s beautiful manor house was home base. We cooked every night and used different patios and a sun room for dining. The surrounding outdoor settings are spectacular in every direction,, largely because of the skilled gardening that enhances every view. It’s secluded, yet close to town, and feels like a true escape! Liza, when you run into her on the property, always has interesting local stories and the house itself has a colorful history, all documented for the interested visitor. A terrific stay!
This beautiful house comfortably accommodated our group of 13 for a family get-together. Each bedroom was lovely with great mattresses and quality bedding. There are so many different places on the property to gather, something pretty to look at everywhere you turn. And we found lots to do in the surrounding area, from swimming to boat tours to wineries. Highly recommended!
Liza was amazing. Started us off with a tour, showed where everything was and provided a brief history of her beautiful estate. The gardens are amazing and a representation of her love for the property. There were 12 of us and the propert had room for more. Close to everything but felt like a private retreat. We all loved it and appreciated Liza recommendations for every adventure we had in mind. A true gem.
Thank you, Liza, for sharing your beautiful property with us. Our group really enjoyed the mansion, and we only have positive comments to share. The house itself is magical, like out of a fairy tale. The rooms are well separated and so different, we enjoyed the variety of styles. The kitchen and laundry were fully stocked! The gardens are amazing. We loved our time sitting outside, chatting and enjoying the views. Highly recommended! I hope we will return.
This property is well maintained and fun to stay in. Very clean and communication with the manager was great. We wish we could have stayed much longer.
Our extended family gathered at this pastoral and historic space for an overnight after a show at CMAC . Wish we had stayed longer! Beautiful accommodations and lovely grounds. We’ll be back!
We came up with a group of 6 couples for 1 night and all had a wonderful time at the Inn. The rooms were all beautifully decorated and the property was very nicely maintained. There are many areas to explore and grab a chair and relax. Liza was a great host and made sure everything went smoothly for our stay. We would definitely consider coming back, hopefully for a longer period next time.
