Secluded beachfront subdivision with a boardwalk to the beach, private pool!

The house was perfect - allowed us all to stay without air mattresses. THe view was amazing and the beach was not crowded at all. First rate all the way and we will definately rent again.

The house and location more than lived up to its name! Convenience to the beach can't be beat! The short drive to surrounding towns and attractions was great. The house was so comfortable and welcoming for our extended family of ten. We want to come back soon!!

Had a great time at the beach which is a short walk, did not have to drive. There were a lot more dishes and silver wear this time. I would like to see an updated grill. It's only a few steps from a private boardwalk to access the beach. The upstairs features a master bedroom and kitchen which was so welcoming when preparing meals and hanging out with the family. It's located only 10 minutes from town where you can access shopping and restaurants. The family had a blast and we look forward to staying here again!

After staying in many different properties, this one is our favorite. Everything you need and more. So much space to stretch out. The pool and hot tub were clean and perfect. We enjoyed it many times during the day. The view is amazing and relaxing. So much to offer. Can’t wait for our next trip back to Port A.

This is one of the best homes we have stayed in to-date. The location to the boardwalk was incredible, and the section of the beach that it spits you out at, is a perfect location, if you're looking to stay away from the crowds. The décor and upkeep are pretty great, with everyone having more than enough room to spread out. We had 7 kids with us and they had plenty of space to sleep and spread out in the downstairs area. We had 4 sets of couples, and the king beds in every room was a definite plus. There were minimal hiccups for us that others should be aware of, but not enough to convince you to stay else where. The views are unmatched! 1. the number of towels that were provided were only 15, when you have exactly 15 people and everyone is showering every night, it doesn't go far if you use a clean fresh towel every night. 2. the mosquitos are UNREAL this year, just be aware that they are out in force unlike I've seen before, especially at night. 3. the grill/smoker is in need of some TLC or replacing. The salty air has taken its toll on the metal, so don't anticipate being able to use it to do much more than charcoal grilling. 4. The kitchen utensils aren't as varied as what we've had before, so just think about that if you're going to be cooking large meals for a group. (bring an extra cookie sheet with you for the oven) 5. The end of the boardwalk is in need of repair to get you onto the beach, if you have an older or disabled person it will be tricky.

House was spacious with plenty of room for everyone. Property could use some upkeep as the AC couldn’t keep up, patio door was difficult to open and close on the upper deck and the dishwasher upper rack was broken. Also, the hot tub kept draining all the way into the pool making the pool very hot and really not very pleasant. However these issues would not prevent us from renting again.

A very secluded location with a 10 minute walk to the beach. The pool is very kid friendly. However no shade provided morning to mid afternoon. No cushions on the pool furniture and 2 wicker lounges were falling apart.For the price we expected more amenities. There was only one towel per person for the entire stay of 4 days. Also no towel racks or hooks to hang up wet bathing suits in shower. For a house that sleeps 15, the amount of pots and pans was not adequate. Some needed replacing as they were rusty and unusable. We did enjoy our stay, some of the above mentioned items need to be addressed.

We visit the island every year, this was our first time staying at this property. We had a few issues with the pool but otherwise our stay was great.

In one case, a repairman was at the home within a half-hour! I would stay there again.
