Fantastic house ! Modern interior, comfortable bed, plenty of seating, great bathroom, Incredible view, all in a quiet neighborhood. You could not ask for more. Also a good brewery/restaurant a couple blocks away.

The views were Amazing! Beach access was very nice. It was very windy for us in the mid to late afternoon, but the house is very sound proof.

This fully remodeled house from the 1800's was done beautifully and has a fantastic view of the beach and lighthouse. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

This is one of the best places we have stayed. The home is beautiful and very well equipped with anything you could ever need. The owners’ communication and assistance were top notch. The view is amazing and the location near the Redwoods was what we were looking for. I hope to be back one day.

Book this wonderful, updated, well maintained property if staying in Crescent City!!! Great location to access multiple Redwood Parks. Jedediah was the closest and provided our favorite hike which was Stout Grove and the stunning Smith River. We traveled less than an hour to beautiful coastal Oregon sights. Arch Rock and the many stop offs in the area were amazing. Coming from the east coast we flew into Medford, Oregon and had a 2 1/2 hour drive to settle in and enjoy this oceanfront home that felt like home away from home. You can see and hear the ocean, as well as access the shoreline just steps away. We saw starfish at low tide, a full size red rock crab and variety of birds. The Battery Point Lighthouse house was a short walk and interesting to explore at low tide. (And within view from the home!) To see its light shine around at night and listen to the harbor horns gave the full experience. Groceries, coffee shops and restaurants just minutes away. This was the CLEANEST vrbo we have ever stayed in. It was loaded with everything you could need with many, many bonuses and upgrades. WOW! We felt so comfortable. The neighborhood was pleasant and quiet. Host was excellent through the whole entire process from booking to saying goodbye. Five stars - our family THANKS YOU so much for sharing this property for our first time on the west coast!!

The house was awesome!! This house doesn't feel like a VRBO/rental. It felt like we were staying at a friend's house. Open floor plan that focuses on looking out into the ocean and lighthouse. The house was spotless and was perfect for a family of 4. We communicated with the hosts before we arrived and used some of the recommendations they had for us. They also surprised us with a happy birthday sign, balloon and cupcake for one of us. Sea Quake Brewing was also a great spot right down the street!!

This Seaside retreat was exactly that. The view was amazing, listening to the ocean waves at night while going off to sleep or sitting out on the deck watching the sunset was our favorite part. This house was a perfect size, had all the amenities we needed. We love the location and the property thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!!

Fantastic! Can't say enough good things about this home. Location and views are fabulous! Owners were great to communicate with. The home is so comfortable and very nice furnished and truly felt like home. We've stayed in over 50 vrbo rentals, and this was one of the nicest ones we'd ever been to. Walking up to the lighthouse at low tide was amazing & being able to walk right across the quiet street & get on the beach was such a delight. I can't imagine that there would be any better place to stay in the area!

We had the privilege of staying in this absolutely beautiful house in Crescent City while celebrating New Year's Eve, and it was a true treat from start to finish.The house is spotless and clearly cared for in every possible way. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with quality appliances, utensils, and thoughtful details that made it feel like a real home rather than a rental.The views are spectacular. Watching the wild Pacific, dramatic storms, and surprise high tides from the house was a joy. The lighthouse and rocky beach create a view that never gets old, especially over New Years.At low tide, the tide pools were incredible. We spent hours exploring ocean life up close, including huge starfish, mussels, and all sorts of living sea creatures. It felt like a natural aquarium right outside the door.The location is ideal, allowing you to easily mix beach walks with trips into the Redwoods. The hosts were excellent and incredibly friendly, offering great local recommendations. We also loved the photo albums showing the complete makeover of the house. It was fun and fascinating to see.These comments come from two grandparents, our daughter, and a very happy thirteen-year-old. We would absolutely rent this house again and recommend it without hesitation. Some vacations are nice. This one was special.

The kitchen had everything we could ever think of needing. The view was spectacular even given the Christmas Day storm. The beds were comfortable, so much room in the house overall. Enjoyed the beach. A fantastic stay we would like to repeat!

The pictures did not due the home justice. It was an amazing place to share with our family from North Carolina. Viewing the famed lighthouse from the living room window was a pleasant surprise Owner communication was swift. We hope to stay here again for a future family gathering.

The views were stunning, ate breakfast while watching the lighthouse. The house is cozy, warm and was perfect for a girls weekend. Loved the coffee bar and the electric blankets on the beds. Great location to the State Parks for hiking.

My husband and I had a wonderfully, peaceful visit. The light house view was amazing and it was a short walk across the street to a spectacular sunset! The house was beautiful and I loved seeing the before and after pictures in the coffee table book. They did an amazing job on the remodel. Although it was only my husband and I, you could easily come with another couple or a family. 5 stars for sure!

We would not have made it to the light house for a tour if they had not shared the schedule. 100% would recommend this place to help make any vacation the best possible.

We had a great time at this property. Good location within Crescent City, easy access to the redwoods. Woke up to see otters and seals in the ocean with close coastal access. Great view of the lighthouse.

The home is beautiful and has an amazing view. The walk to the beach is just across the street, and it's also easy to walk to the lighthouse. The basement ceiling is low, but it was still perfect for my teen kids. There was plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 teens. The furniture and beds were comfy, and we felt right at home. During our stay we were evacuated due to a tsunami warning. It turned out to be very minor; however, the host invited us to just come stay at their home in a safer area. They were so kind and accommodating!! Would stay here again if we ever had a chance.

Our first experience to the pacific and the redwoods and this house met all our needs and more. Excellent location and easy access to the beach, house had everything we needed from laundry detergent to hangers to books to read! We had great communication with the host (which gave great information before and during our time there). Very clean and inviting house. Great great view!!! Had board games available for down time. Had a basement for the kids to hang out downstairs and adults upstairs. Easy walkable distance to the light house at low tide take a tour very interesting! I would book this house again in a heart beat. Loved every minute of our time there. Thank you for being such great host!!!!

The hosts thought of everything a family might need to comfortably stay. After a long drive up from San Francisco, and a quick side trip to Sonoma, our group was tired. What a delight to have the house stocked with morning basics and everything just spotless and welcoming. The ocean was steps away and the children loved the tidepools. The host even touched base to make sure we had the tide schedule to make it over and back from the lighthouse. It was the perfect location to explore the area and all it has to offer.

Booked the Seaside rental for a week, chose after looking over the photos and information. Beautiful home, and excellent location! The hosts were very friendly, they messaged us to make sure all was going well, and to make sure we did not need anything. Mark even suggested in our travels to check out Arch Rock in Brookings OR, thank you Mark!! Very clean, relaxing home with beautiful views! So far, the BEST home we've booked, would love to return. Would rate more than 5 stars if we could.

We loved this house. Although we only stayed for 2 nights, it offered every comfort and amenity we could possibly need or want. We were in the area to visit Redwoods NP. If we’d had more time, I would have taken advantage of the beach access across the street and explored. The owners were so friendly and responsive. There’s a guest book in the house which offered some great ideas for activities others have done when visiting the area. The home has been redone from top to bottom and the quality and finishes are very well done. We would definitely come again and recommend this house to anyone looking in the area.

The property is conveniently located to the beach, sightseeing and practical things like stores/restaurants. The view is even more amazing than the photos. The house is appointed with everything you’d need. This was the most comfortable & well stocked rental we’ve ever had. The owners were great communicators and we had zero issues!

Great place and location.

This house was so well equipped and comfortable, I wish I could replicate it everywhere we stay! The front door locking system was easy to access once we arrived and the main rooms have the lovely ocean views we were seeking. Thank you to the owners for thinking of guests during the remodel and making this spot a great launching pad for exploring the northern California coastline.

We have rented many other places in Crescent City and this will be our go to moving forward. Communication with the owners was easy and friendly. Walking on the beach every afternoon, while watching the tide come in and go out, with the beautiful lighthouse views - it was ideal. Perfect in every way - I wish we could have stayed a month.

Seaside offered everything and more for our 3 night stay. We knew that it would be raining for most of our vacation but were not expecting the wind. The wonderful view from the house made for a relaxing cozy place to watch the waves.

These people are amazing. They have thought of every detail that might make your stay more enjoyable and just easy. They even offered to take us to my now favorite tree that was just a gem. They had so many tips for entertainment and dining. We will be back!!!!

We were in town for basketball tournament and wanted a comfortable spot to be able to relax and also enjoy the view. This home was perfect! Not only does it have a great view of the ocean and lighthouse but it has beach access directly across the street. Also plenty of off street parking and a nice lawn area too. The house is very comfortable and well appointed. The beds, linens and towels were all very comfy. Downstairs the ceiling is a little low but is ideal for kids! Excellent stay and will definitely return!

This property is absolutely perfect in every way! Beautifully decorated, high end kitchen cabinetry, fully stocked. There is everything you need to be able to cook a full meal including spices and even some snacks like popcorn, macaroni and cheese, canned soups. The home is immaculate and every attention to detail has been put into it. The view from the living room is second to none with spectacular sunsets and a lovely rocky beach to take a walk on. My husband and I have stayed at dozens of rental properties over the years and this home is at the very top of our list! Spend the money, you won’t be sorry!
