Seaside Serenity, Steps to Beach, Pet Friendly

It was perfect place for my family. Great location. Easy walk to the beach or town. Loved the outdoor shower and back deck. Had everything you needed. The beds were good and the kitchen had nice pots and pans not a thrift store find. Owner was great to work with.

Have stayed here multiple times. Very dog friendly and it's a bonus my elderly dog doesn't have to climb multiple stairs! The proximity to beach makes going back and forth very easy. Far enough from center street to feel quiet and private but close enough to walk to dinner!

Excellent location. Two minute walk to beach, less than a half mile to shops, restaurants. Deck was a nice place to relax in the morning or evening. Overall, a great stay

Lovely home only 1 block from beach access. 3-4 blocks to downtown. Very clean, stocked well, pet friendly. Will return on the next visit.

Seaside Serenity was perfect for our Spring Break vacation! A short walk to Center St. and an even shorter walk to the beach for sunrise walks. Or, if the plan is to stay put, this property is very comfortable with many updates and all of the amenities for a very enjoyable stay. Our family has stayed on Folly several times. We would not hesitate to stay at Seaside Serenity again.

We had a great stay at Seaside Serenity! The house was very comfortable, had a great layout and is in a perfect location, plus it is very well stocked with everything you need to enjoy a great vacation! The beach is only a block away and was wonderful to walk our dog. The Folly Beach restaurants and the market are a short walk but just far enough to feel like you get away from the bustle. We enjoyed many great sunny afternoons on the back deck Our host Kevin was very quick to respond our questions. We will definitely be back to explore more of Folly Beach!

The kitchen was well stocked and had all items we needed to cook all meals.

Perfect! It rained the entire time we were there so we stayed in this cute cottage and ate good food, watched tv, and worked a jigsaw puzzle. Going to come back next year!

We enjoyed staying at this cozy home so much! Perfect location situated between the beach and the town. We enjoyed morning and evening walks with the dog on the beach, bike rides to town, beach days, outdoor showers, and cooking meals at the house! We will recommend to others and be back!

Such a charming cottage and only one block from the ocean! Restaurants are walking distance but a little tough during the hot daytime hours. House had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The fresh flowers were a very nice touch upon arrival and definitely set the experience apart from others. Would definitely stay here again!!

Probably our 5th time staying here. Love the proximity to beach, but also that the house is on a quieter street. Dog friendly is a huge bonus, and not a lot of stairs for my senior dog is great. Love the outdoor shower so much!

The house was clean and well kept. Had everything we needed. Love the location - easy beach access which was very close and just a short walk to the Main Street. Liked hanging out on the back porch too! Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely love Folly Beach, and being our first time using Vrbo and home rental, I have to say everything was wonderful and truly exceeded our expectations. The house was very clean with plenty of space and comfortable beds. Close enough to walk to just about anywhere. Will definitely be staying here again.

Seaside Serenity is the perfect little beach house. Plenty of room for six people (though we had five). Very quick walk to the beach. Kitchen is phenomenal. Outdoor space looks perfect for warmer months. Hope to stay again on the future.

Seaside Serenity is just that - a cute, comfortable cottage in close proximity to beach. Very well-stocked, easy place to stay. Nice deck and yard perfect for dogs.

We really enjoyed our stay at Seaside Serenity. The house is just around the corner from the beach, maybe a 2 min walk. You can hear the ocean from the entire property. The house was well stocked with everything could need. Our only minor complaint is that the beds and couch could be more comfortable, but that’s a subjective thing. Kevin always answered the phone when we called, so if we’d had a major issue, we know he would have resolved it asap. We would happily stay here again.

Hurricane Helene hit, we had to push a day back because the rental property didn't have power and we had to rescue our mother from the mountains (i think they still charged us for that night even though they couldn't clean it without power, unfortunately). We came the next day a little early and had a really nice time decompressing after the hurricane. It was a great location, super clean inside, had everything we needed in the kitchen. Beds and shower were great. They had body boards, chairs, sand castle buckets and bags in the laundry room, as well as a little cart to pull stuff to the beach. One of our chairs we brought broke, so it was nice to have an extra there. Only negative is that it's a little musty being a 1 story right on the ground, but it didn't bother us and we're pretty sensitive to mold.

We loved our stay. House is clean and great amenities. Very nicely equipped kitchen and home is furnished comfortably. This is our second stay at this home and it is perfectly located for a short walk to the beach and short walk to restaurants and shops. Neighborhood is great for walking and welcomes pets. House has beach chairs if needed. We brought our own crate and plenty of room for the crate.
