Stayed Oct 17, 2025What a beautiful and welcoming home. We celebrated a birthday with 8 adult family members.All loved the views, comfortable beds, great water pressure in the shower, cute neighborhood, and especially proximity to the beach! Our stay was too short.. our only problem!

Stayed Jul 26, 2025The unit is modern, spacious, well laid out, convient location to the beach and great food in Newburyport. Air conditioed for those stiffling hot days and plenty of sliders to enjoy a cool nights breeze. Excellent for a family stay

Stayed Sep 13, 2024We chose plum island for our family reunion. First time there for many of us, I live in Hawaii and a nephew came from Germany. The space we rented was perfect. Big airy clean and nice walking distance to beach, etc. Parker river was excellent as a few of us are birders. The place fit our needs and then some. Will be back and tell our friends

Stayed Jul 13, 2024House description was accurate and lovely. Location was great and the sunsets were beautiful. The inside house cleanliness was great but the outside could use work. The yard was overgrown and driveway aligned with poison ivy. Communication with host was non-existent, the renters book was old and outdated and provide no useful information. Trash barrels were overloaded when we arrived and we had to contact neighbors to find out when trash would be picked up. Should we have had an emergency of any type we had no idea who to call. Unless the communications are improved it is doubtful we would seek to return.

Stayed Jul 8, 2024This property was ideal for a 6 day family vacation of 11. Everything we needed was provided for our short walk to the beach. Incredibly comfortable with beautiful views made our evenings together more than pleasant.
