Stayed Aug 2, 2025Wonderful house, for both adults and kids. Location can’t be beat. The sunroom is a big bonus for the windy chilly nights or mornings even in the middle of summer. Comfy mattress! Even had a welcome gift which was a nice touch.2 minor downsides: no blackout blinds in the bedrooms and the tub/shower is old and ugly compared to everything else that is perfectly updated.Still a 5 stars. Thank you very much

Stayed Sep 16, 2024Excellent, well-equipped, tidy, tastefully- designed and newly renovated, lovely beach house in a perfect location. Close to all Plum Island has to offer -- fishing, ocean sport recreation and beach walking (just across street), dining (Mad Martha's best breakfast), provisions, birdwatching/Parker River National Wildlife Refuge. The home is clean, functional & comfortable with multiple gathering spaces and decks with easy flow. Great kitchen offers everything you need and nothing extraneous. Love the warm water outdoor shower. Plentiful parking. Truly ideal. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Stayed Jul 1, 2024This home is perfectly located in the heart of plum island - across from a private walking path to the beach, next door to Mad Martha’s for an incredible breakfast each morning and walking distance to sunset grill, ice cream, convenience store and more! Newburyport is a short 10 minute drive too. Every nook of the home is purposefully equipped with whatever you need. There’s plenty of outdoor deck space, indoor seating, and comfortable bedrooms. Kudos to the owner for her fine taste in decor and thoughtfulness of her guests. We will be back next year!
