OceanSong on Plum Island

Our January stay was more than expected. The house was warm and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked with more than most. There was nothing we thought we needed that was not available (from cooking to relaxing). We were fortunate to be able to take a walk on the beach. The access was just across the street. I woud definitely stay at the Ocean Song when visiting family in the area again. Hopefully in warmer weather!

The host welcomed us upon arrival. He had given us a tour last year so no neesd for another one. The home is very comfortable and warm. There are so many items there, you should check it out before you shop.It is very clean!

We stayed for a cousins getaway. Richard could not have been more helpful. He was waiting for us when we arrived and gave us a full tour, including walking us to the beach. The house was great! It was clean, the beds were comfortable. It’s one of the most well stocked kitchens we have seen so far. It was a 2 min walk to the beach. Even though it’s not right on the beach, we had views of the ocean from multiple places in the house. We plan to stay again if he will have us :-)

Beautiful location and accommodations. The beach area was less than a block away and was amazing.

Richard is amazing to work with. The house is beautiful. Everything we could possibly need was available and Richard is very quick to respond if we were to need anything. This was our second time at Oceansong and we will be back!

We stayed at OceanSong over a long weekend in October. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Richard the host greeted us on arrival and gave us a thorough overview of the house and local area. house is close to the beach and within walking distance of the National Wildlife Refuge. The drive into Newburyport only takes 15 minutes so this really is the perfect home base for a stay on Plum Island. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return some day.

We had a wonderful stay OceanSong.Richard has thought of everything to make your stay as convenient and comfortable as possible. The proximity to the beach couldn’t have been any better. We had lovely time!

My sisters and I so enjoyed our stay at Ocean Song on Plum Island. Richard is a wonderful host and very responsive and helpful. The house is very clean, mattresses are comfortable, plenty of towels, linens and extra pillows, beach chairs, etc. We really appreciated the Bosch coffee machine-barista quality coffees right at the beach house! We enjoyed sunrise on the back deck and sunset on the front deck! Just a beautiful place to relax and enjoy!

Overall great experience and loved the island

Richard is a terrific host. He met us at the house and gave us a tour, including some fun local history, a walk to the beach, which is just a short walk away, and every thing we needed to know about the house, which is very comfortable and has a completely stocked kitchen, good mattresses, plenty of pillows and clean linens. First choice for a return trip!

This was our second time stayting here, and as always, it was wonderful. The beach is so close, and the house has everything that one could need. We look forward to returning again.

This is our second time staying at oceansong. We all just love it there. It's down the street from the house I grew up in so nice memories. Just a topnotch experience and stay. Loved it!!

Our family originally reserved Ocean Song for January and - drawn to the name- but an ice storm came in The owner generously rescheduled with us this last weekend OceanSong is a very special place and we so appreciated being able to visit Great location to the ocean, wildlife refuge and town

Richard was very helpful and able to answer any questions promptly. The house is in a beautiful location and has all the necessities! Would definitely stay again!

We rented this home so that we could visit with family & friends for the week of Christmas. It is in a nice section of Plum Island and only a short walk to the water (water views can be seen from the home).We met Richard (the owner) upon our arrival. He welcomed us and showed us around the home. This home has everything needed for your stay. The kitchen is well appointed and the bathrooms even included toiletries. The house is very clean and is nicely heated. There is plenty of parking available in the driveway.Richard responds quickly if you have any questions or concerns.

Family came from out of town for Thanksgiving, and we didn’t have extra beds for them. We rented Oceansong so they would have a place to sleep. It’s a lovely property, very clean, and our guests were very comfortable staying there. The owner, Richard, was very friendly, and accommodating, and we will definitely rent Oceansong again in the future.

We would definitely stay here again. The place was clean and had everything we needed.

My husband and eloped this past weekend at OceanSong and the experience was amazing. The place was spacious and clean and Richard was so helpful with our checkin and made sure we had what we needed! You also can’t beat the location in terms of walking to the Main Street with restaurants and stores and to the beach!

Ocean Song is a wonderful place to stay on Plum Island, Massachusetts. A short walk to a beautiful beach. It is located in a lovely neighborhood. The Home was very clean and well equipped and stocked. There are several decks so you can choose shade or sun throughout the day. We spent long hours relaxing and talking on the deck. Richard, our host, was very communicative and a joy to talk to. We all would highly recommend this lovely property.
