Stayed Dec 30, 2025We enjoyed our stay at Edward's cottage on Plum Island. Edward was very attentive to our needs even let us check in a full day early so we could travel in safer weather. The cottage had everything we needed and the fireplace was great as we had some cold temperatures during our stay in January.

Stayed Aug 3, 2024We had a great time. The cottage is beautiful. It had everything that you could require. The location is fantastic. Downtown Newburyport is a 5 - 10 minute ride down the road. The only issue was the access to the beach was just a little too steep. It seems that it could be regraded as a more gradual walkway. We found ways around that and had a great time. Stayed Jul 20, 2024This was the perfect place for the escape that I needed! The cottage was as pictured...beautiful and clean with everything you would need. Close to the beach, and a short drive to Newburyport for great restaurants and ambiance of a seaside town. I can't wait to go back :)
