Seaside Paradise – 4BR/3BA – Steps from the beach boardwalk and pool.

We loved this property! It was great layout for a family or separate couples as the bottom unit is its own living space with den, full kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and washer/dryer. The main level has three nice size bedrooms (one bedroom with bunk beds). Kitchen was well stocked! We loved the outdoor patio areas! Easy access to the beach from the neighborhood as there is a boardwalk to the beach from the neighborhood. Very clean and property managers very responsive!Highly recommended this property!

Great stay, would book again. Air conditioning worked, clean, modern, nicely stocked kitchen. I like that before we checked in, she sent me a message detailing what items were kept in the house (towels, coffee maker) so we knew what to bring (shampoo, beach supplies).1 downside/ no carpets. I like the hard flooring, but after beach and pool it would have been nice to have a couple of floor mats or area rugs. There was an outdoor mat, but that’s it. We often had to wipe up moisture and/or sand from the floor. The only other issue is that I didn’t feel it was clear that this house is two separate apartments. Two different entries, two different codes. So if you’re planning a stay for a big group, people downstairs have to go outside and walk up the steps on the porch in order to hang out with the people upstairs. I had planned a certain sleeping arrangement, but had to reconfigure everything when we got there and figured this out. It’s not necessarily a bad thing, but for our group of families, we had a plan based on the four bedrooms as stated on the listing. But we thought they would all be accessible within 1 house. They weren’t. And some children weren’t big enough to leave the house in the middle of the night to come to their parents room downstairs. So we had to rearrange and it was inconvenient. For some groups, this may be ideal… it should just be clearer in this description.

This was an excellent property for our family vacation. The grandparents had a comfortable, private apartment on the ground floor, while the middle aged parents and their teenage children had the upstairs unit. The place was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. There were well-placed device charging extension cords throughout, and a nicely stocked kitchen. Everything worked well. It was great being two doors down from the pool and a quick walk to the beach. We enjoyed the breeze on the upstairs porch in particular.The only thing missing from the listing is that there are no beach items—like chairs, or shelter—provided. If we had known this, we would have brought some from home. (Beach towels are provided, but in limited number.) There were also no dish towels.These are minor points—this was a lovely place for us to have our annual reunion!

We were very happy with our rental experience! The house was very clean and was perfect for our trip. The property manager was great to work with and we would definitely rent here again!

House staff were nice and communicated ahead of time. Beds were comfy. Its 2 doors down from the pool. Bring shampoo and conditioner as they are not provided. Appreciated that the check out process was simple and i did not have to strip the beds!

location was great. Quiet time at 10 pm seemed to be upheld well with all other properties in our block. Short walk to beach is correct. Walked every morning early... Wonderful. Glad we made the decision to rent a house rather than hotel. I will do it again.

We had a great time and loved the house. It was super close to the beach, clean, spacious and communication with manager was helpful and timely responses. So much was provided which was really convenient. The floors were a little dirty but that didn’t bother us too much and is understandable with peoooe constantly coming and going. Would totally stay again.

Three members of the family from three states met at the VRBO house for Christmas. The house was perfect and everyone had a fantastic time. Everything was so convenient and the atmosphere was better than I ever imagined.

We had a great stay near the beach and pool. Kitchen was well equipped. We especially appreciated having two sets of washers and dryers with the large group of people we had. We could also utilize both kitchens as needed. Thanks for the accommodations!

We had a great stay. As indicated in other reviews the stairs are a challenge, but all the homes in this area are the same. The home was well stocked and very clean which is a challenge for a beach house.

This was our first family trip instead of Christmas presents! We had so much fun. The house was a perfect fit for our large group! The one family with a child stayed in the downstairs apartment, which was a great separation for their schedule! Everything about our stay was perfect!

The property was clean and comfortable. It was a quick 5 min walk to the beach and close to the pool. The kids loved it. Highly recommend.
