Seaside House, Hythe Luxury 6 bedroom (4 ensuite)

It is a lovely house with big rooms and lots of space and lots of crockery and utensils. Lots of room for parking and a comfortable feel.

We were with 10 adults, beautiful house with complete furnishings. Good location, within walking distance of Hythe. 1 day to London by train from Folkstone. Is repeatable!

We were a party of 10, ranging from 6yrs - 67yrs old. Our grandchildren loved the property with it's large garden & hot tub to it's spacious interior & piano. There was plenty for the families to do & go and visit; Ramsgate, Margate, the retail outlet in Ashford and Howletts plus much more. We enjoyed the Dymchurch Railway trip to Dungeness and the lovely walks from the property's back gate to Hythe and to Folkstone. The check in was easy with lots of useful information about the house. Communication was excellent with the owner & the property manager. If contacted always had a prompt reply.

The house works really well for a large family group who need different bedroom setups, a decent size garden, good cooking facilities. Two good size dining areas (in/outdoor) good patio area. Two separate living spaces. Location to the beach and town centre was really easy and convenient.

Spacious and clean property which accommodated the 10 of us readily. Communication prior to the weekend was good, as it was during the stay. The airconditioning in the property was a pleasant addition! Thanks

Place was lovely and perfect for large groups with a beautiful garden, nice easy walk to the waterfront.

Simon was a very accommodating owner and has created a lovely rental property in a great spot. There is not much you will want for here. Very comfortable and terrific for families. The youngsters enjoyed the hot-tub and the large screen TV in the dining/living area.

Absolutely beautiful home, local to places to see, family time was great.
