Seaside charm where the ocean is your front yard!

This is a great home on the Seaside Prom, with lots of parking and room for a big group. We stayed with extended family and had plenty of room. Travelers should know that it is an older home so expect some quirks. The stairs going up or down are quite steep. Bedding was very comfortable and soft. The kitchen had lots of pots and pans and the dishwasher should be run when you are leaving the house as it is LOUD. We loved sitting at the dining table or in the living room and looking out at the ocean. Would love to stay again.

Wonderful house! Close to the beach and about a mile and half walking distance to Seaside. We really enjoyed it very relaxing. House was clean. Beds were very comfortable. We had a groups of 8 and had a wonderful time!!

The house is amazing, the only complaint is the one bedroom is a common space and has one of the three queen beds in it. Only two bedrooms with queen beds. Luckily we had only two couples in our group. The beach access is amazing and town and amenities are within walking distance. Lots of additional gear for beach time fun. Bring your own coffee and creamer and sweetener. View was just spectacular! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider starting again.

Beautiful and comfortable home, The view is amazing. We didn't get to spend as much time down at the beach because it was so cold. We had some elderly people that was okay with the stairs... but the stairs were steep for them. Good parking also!

Great property! The only surprises were 1) two bedrooms had to be accessed by going through another bedroom, and 2) the dishwasher was pretty noisy.The views were amazing and the beachfront location was wonderful!!Host and property manager were great.

The kitchen was fully equipped and a great place for everyone to gather around the table.The views were gorgeous from the kitchen and living room and an easy walk to the beach (if you don't have any mobility issues).The stairs were very steep leading upstairs and even more so going downstairs. My son and I were not able to be upstairs or downstairs.The rest of our group said the upstairs area was spectacular.Bring slippers if you use the bathroom downstairs, it's literally rocks, ouch!Overall nice home with great parking.

It was a very cool house for the 10 of us. It was right on the beach. Plenty of parking for our 4 cars. The only problem was that the stovetop didn’t work very well or not at all. The bedrooms upstairs were okay, but the 2 downstairs were great. Otherwise it was a great house to stay in.

Lovely house stocked with everything we needed. Loved being so close to the ocean and to the main part of town. Great views. Comfortable living room and beds. Loved the fenced in yard for our dog. Thank you!

We loved the house! Kids had a blast in the basement playing ALL weekend! Dog friendly house that didn’t smell like it was (some houses you can tell). Well stocked, had everything we needed. Location on the promenade and the views from the house were spectacular and close to Broadway. Absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking for some time on the coast!

This house is all about location. Right on the promenade & close beach access.However, we were disappointed to find many of the advertised amenities were not in working condition. The main fireplace was out of order. The toilet in the basement isn't somethig guests should see.The BBQ was rusty & moldy. The out door furniture was filthy, shabby and wet in the garage.The house had everything we needed to cook, sleep and shower but its overall condition is pretty shabby and run down.

This is a beautiful, comfortable home in a great location. Our host and her caretaker were very accommodating. We are looking forward to our next visit.

This house is picture perfect and the best place for a week long family reunion. Spacious and charming. We felt at home immediately and the kitchen easily accommodated the 10 of us. The unobstructed view from the armchair in the living room is stunning; a sea of grass, the ocean, and the sky. Also the views from the upstairs bedrooms are equally amazing. Communication with the host was welcoming and thorough. Honestly I can't imagine any place better.

It was a beautiful location. My family was so happy and impressed with the home and proximity to the beach. We really made great memories.

We give this house 5 stars. Maybe others would complain because the fridge was glitchy when we arrived (since replaced). The hosts were upfront with the challenged and very concerned for our needs. It all worked out. Excellent communications and problem solving. The beds were comfy, the towels were plentiful, the games were many, varied and fun. Plenty of parking, etc, etc, etc.. we would stay again in a heartbeat. I bet during storm season the views are even more spectacular. And such a nice easy stroll to the beach!

We rented the house to enjoy Mother’s Day weekend with family and friends and had a blast! We will definitely be back. The beach is right outside the front door. There were enough rooms for everyone. The different levels allowed the kids to have areas to be in while adults could be in the kitchen. Everything was accurate. Easy check in and check out with great access to cooking supplies. The house was great. Had a week at the beach with my family and my parents. The house had everything we needed and plenty of room to spread out. Views from the house were gorgeous! This was only matched by the direct path access to the beach! Close enough to the main down town but far enough that the beach felt private. Loved every minute!!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and all the amenities. Right on the Promenade and steps from the beach. Check in was a breeze. Plenty of room for all of us. The weather didn't cooperate, which is normal for this time of the year, but we had such a great time hanging out together and this is a great place for that. Thank you to the hosts!

Nice, but not ADA, and I wrongly thought all property's would ha e to disclose, if it wasnt. So sadly the person whose birthday it was for, had to get a different place to stay and so we weren't all together

Well stocked kitchen, plenty of bathroom towels, three roomy gathering spaces, plenty of parking (we had five cars at times), excellent location, lots of things to do, near restaurants. We were a family group ages 4 through 78 & everyone had a great time.

My 3-generation family of 10 people & 2 dogs stayed here for 3 nights Thanksgiving weekend and had a fabulous time. Within easy walking distance of the market, beautiful view of the ocean with a private path to the beach. Quite a hike to the strip (gift shops, restaurants, etc.) but the 7-year old was able to do it. This was definitely the best equipped home I have ever rented: all the utensils & pans you could need, plentiful supply of TP/PT/etc., a baby gate for the dogs, books, games, toys, plentiful towels, the list goes on. Spotlessly clean, beds were comfortable, house is snug (maintained heat well in cold weather, no leaky windows), water pressure great, and the heated bathroom floors are a dream. Things to be aware of: not a new upscale dwelling (the well-maintained front may give that impression); this is an old home with character and some inevitable maintenance needs. The advertised sound system, DVD player, and fireplace were not usable (the TVs are new and work great; we brought a Roku stick and so could stream using our own subscriptions). The stairs are quite steep but have a nifty motion-triggered night/safety light. The 'open-format' bedroom with queen and multiple twins is upstairs and one must walk through it to get to the other two bedrooms and bathroom, but it is spacious, has its own TV, and a neat little cubby with beanbags. All queen rooms are roomy enough for a dog kennel, bags, etc. All hard floors with throw rugs. Definitely recommend.

Very comfortable house, great location-walk to beach and fun kid stuff in Seaside. Tricky sleeping arrangements if you have 5 couples...one bedroom has a twin bed and barely room for a cot on the floor. But the couch works. Great kitchen/dining area for cooking and visiting at the same time.

This property was perfect for our family! The ocean views and location/proximity to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and in-town activities couldn't be better. Marcie was great with communication...there were some outside repairs that needed to be done, and she was clear about what and when to expect it -- easy! This is an older home with well-done upgrades (love the heated bathroom floor!), while maintaining all the character and charm!
