Lovely stay at this property, which was great for our family and our pups. Well equipped kitchen, and bbq facilities. We enjoyed the pool table, table tennis etc. The balcony with sea views was fab and we spent many hours there enjoying sunrise to sunset.

Fabulous spot with everything needed. Ideal place to sit back and enjoy the stunning view .

We had a weekend away as a group of 4 women who work together. Lovely location, calm, relaxing, close to the beach. Lovely large space for a group or size or bigger.

This was a very well-appointed house with everything you need to relax and enjoy. The young adults loved the separate space to play pool and table tennis. The views were awesome. Great location to access the beach.

To celebrate my birthday i booked Seascape for my partner, son and daughter-in-law and two grandddaughters along with their furbaby. We loved this property. My son and his family took the downstairs section which was perfect for the children's early nights/early mornings and we all congregated upstairs. The deck was lovely and the garden area was amazing for the doggo and for the family running races, ball games and bbq! Close to the beach, supermarket and local markets. Comfortable and well supplied with equipment. Only thing we did miss was a milk frother with the coffee machine but we survived by heating milk in the microwave and adding to our coffee - very much a first world problem!! Would happily recommend this site and would stay here again. Harris Real Estate were very easy to deal with and offer two drop off points for the keys which was handy. Great home and a credit to the owners and property managers. We even managed to complete a circular puzzle over the 3.5 day stay ..... 3 pieces missing but it didn't matter. Was a lovey family experience with great memories to take with us.

The property has everything those on holiday would need. The property was very well appointed, was spacious, clean and had lovely views over the dunes. A short walk to the beach. The kids also loved it. We would love to return and recommend the property.

Great family holiday

Second time here and didn’t disappoint again. Get place to stay and will definitely come again.

We were looking for a house big enough for our family which allowed dogs and we came across this beautiful home in Goolwa Beach. Property was amazing had everything we needed two family spaces, large backyard, bedrooms nice size, BBQ facilities and the view even with colder weather was still amazing. Would recommend anyone with a large family to have a look.

Great stay in lovely beach house with wonderful view out to the surf. Well stocked kitchen cupboards, good quality sheets and super clean. Bit of an inconvenience picking up and dropping off key from Pt Elliot and only one set of keys to share between group of 8, key lock box would be handy.

Keys not operating front door and main bedroom window locks need attention and after 3 people tried front door, we got in!!! well. Left bedroom window unlocked as could not contact anyone and front door was a total pain. Car park on left is dangerous with no parking marked indication of drop which thank goodness I noticed in time. Sewage top bathroom smelly. Loved the house but you need to take what I’ve mentioned on board. Would love to be contacted and overall lovely venue enjoyed by all. Fabulous attention to detail by cleaner.
