Seale - Sea Ranch 2BR Oceanfront Home

Perfect location (10/10), very good hot tub and very tired house interior. If I could imagine someone competing for the max return on the least amount of money spend the owners of this house would win hands down. The lights are old and dim, the ‘art’ is cheap and sad. there kitchen is barren - have some basic supplies for cooking, the appliances from 90s could be considered cute by someone yet it would not take much to replace them, knives are dull beyond measure and there’s no knife sharpener. For the first time in my experience there was just a soap bar in the bathroom and nothing else. May be I am too spoiled.And the faded signs all over the house telling what need not be done or must be done do not add to the ambiance.Give this house some love and care and it will be perfect.

Beautiful and stunning view of the ocean. Very comfortable for 2 of us and our dog. A bit of a walk to the coastal trail. Only minor suggestions for improvement. We had amazing time - peaceful and restorative.

And staying at Sea Ranch worked well, the drive is gorgeous from the Bay Area, and no concerns about flying and such to a faraway location.

Lots of critters (deer, a fox, quail, even a jackrabbit)! Close to trail with other easy walks nearby. Very close to town. Views of the ocean from all main rooms. We’ll definitely come back!

The property is wonderfully located. My only complaint was the second bedroom bed mattress was not comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay very much.

The house was comfortable but the beds were a little small.

House was simple and clean with wonderful views from all rooms. All the amenities and the location were perfect for a getaway during the week. Will be back for more sometime soon!

What a treat! This home was the perfect getaway from us. The view straight to the ocean is exactly what we were looking for. The home is cozy and welcoming. We’d definitely book it again.

We saw lots of wildlife too.The kitchen was well equipped, the BBQ worked great and the TV was easy to use. The beds were comfortable and the spa was wonderful. The house was set up perfect for dog guests with a blanet and towel to dry off the pets. We will definitely stay again.

We loved being able to walk down to the trail on the bluff. Also very convenient and close to Gualala to make quick stops at the grocery store. All in all, very cozy and comfortable, we'd love to come back!

The BBQ did not work and one of the tanks leaked propane when gas was turned on. I disconntected the tank that leaked due to safety concerns . I also felt that the floor in second BR ws very slippery and needs a better mat to prevent a fall, and the way that the toilet paper holder is arranged if you sit on the toilet it causes paper to be knocked off holder onto floor, could easily be adjusted to prevent this.

Very good but not perfect. Bed was comfortable but small. Need much stronger lighting in kitchen. Better knives. House was clean but worn (dog claw scratches all over the floor. Art objects up high where kids couldn’t get them, etc. ).
