Welcome to Seaclusion, a Vinifera Homes property! This home is a family-friendly Sea Ranch escape just a five-minute walkfrom Moonraker Recreation Center and nearby trails. With ocean views, multiple living spaces, a family-friendly bunk room, and room for up to eight, the home makes it easy for everyone to gather or spread out. Spend your days exploring the meadows, bluff trails, and nearby beaches, then come home for a soak in the private hot tub, dinner on the patio, or a cozy evening by the electric fireplace.

The Space:

Ocean views from a Sea Ranch home designed in the community’s architectural tradition, Seaclusion, by Vinifera Homes, feels closely connected to the landscape around it, with large windows framing ocean views, greenery, and open space. The layout works especially well for families and groups, with several distinct places to gather or find a little quiet.

The garden and furnished patio create an inviting outdoor setting for slow mornings and laid-back afternoons. Fire up the Weber propane grill, gather around the outdoor seating, or settle into the private hot tub after a day exploring the coast.
Inside, the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area creates a natural gathering space. Large windows bring the coastal setting in, while the electric fireplace adds a cozy touch when the weather turns cool. Settle in for a movie, put on some music, or gather around the dining table after a day outside.

Large windows fill the home with natural light throughout the day on sunny afternoons, the upstairs can warm up from the abundant solar exposure.

The downstairs living area offers another comfortable space to spread out, complete with a TV. Upstairs, a loft provides an additional spot for reading, relaxing, or enjoying some quiet time away from the main living areas. This separation is especially useful for families, giving kids and adults their own spaces to unwind.
The kitchen is set up for comfortable at-home meals, with cookware, bakeware, and utensils provided. Prepare breakfast before heading out for the day or gather around the table for a relaxed dinner back at the house.

At the end of the day, retreat to one of three bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and ensuite full bathroom, while the second bedroom also offers a queen bed. The third bedroom is ideal for families or groups, with a full bed, twin bed, and twin-over-twin bunk.

With comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to eight guests, laundry available in the garage., and plenty of space to settle in, Seaclusion makes it easy to stay awhile and enjoy the coast at your own pace.

The surrounding landscape is just as much a part of the experience as the home itself. Moonraker Recreation Center and nearby trails are about a five-minute walk from Seaclusion, making it easy to start your morning with a swim or pickleball game before heading out to explore.

The Sea Ranch offers more than 50 miles of trails, including the scenic Bluff Top Trail, Black Point Trail, and other coastal paths winding through meadows, forests, and along the bluffs. For a beach day, explore nearby Black Point Beach, or venture farther to Pebble Beach or Shell Beach, each offering its own stretch of rugged coastline, sandy coves, tide pools, or sweeping ocean views.

When you’re ready to explore beyond the trails, Sea Ranch Lodge, the Sea Ranch Chapel, and The Sea Ranch Links are nearby, while the shops, cafés, and restaurants of Gualala are just a short drive away.

- Sea Ranch does not allow overnight street parking
- RVs, trailers, and mobile homes are not permitted
- The property is not pet-friendly

No air conditioning: The house is built around its windows, so it takes in a lot of sun, and the upstairs in particular can get warm on a bright day, even when it’s cool outside. Opening the windows brings the coastal air straight through and cools things down quickly, and there’s a ceiling fan as well.

The Sea Ranch Community Amenities:
Seaclusion is located within The Sea Ranch, a planned community with rules and guidelines designed to help preserve the area and ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone.
Two temporary amenity passes are provided per stay. Each pass allows up to three people, so up to six guests may use the community amenities at one time. Additional day-use passes may be purchased directly through The Sea Ranch Association (TSRA).

Community amenities include heated outdoor pools, pickleball and tennis courts, saunas, locker rooms, and other recreational facilities, as well as access to The Sea Ranch’s trails and public beaches. Nearby attractions include The Sea Ranch Chapel and The Sea Ranch Links.

Please note that amenity access is subject to The Sea Ranch Association’s current rules, availability, and policies.

***We work with a private security company that can be dispatched if we receive reports of excessive noise or parking violations.

***As is common with many homes and vacation rental properties, we have installed on-site devices for your security. These may include electronic door locks, light timers, security alarms, exterior motion sensors, outdoor-facing cameras (which record whenever motion is detected, including voices), smoke detection devices,
and decibel meters (which do not record voices). For your privacy, we do not have any cameras inside the house, and all cameras are in plain sight outside the house. Tampering with the wifi, mesh routers, or any of the security devices is grounds for immediate eviction with no refunds.

When you stay at Seaclusion, you're covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3,000. The $42 charge listed as an administrative fee on your quote covers your purchase of $3,000 of all risk damage protection coverage on your rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a security deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement.
