Seabright Beach House

Fabulous location and clean place.

This Vrbo needs upkeep. There’s mold on the heaters so we didn’t turn them on, lots of ants, and flickering lighting. When I tried to communicate with them about my health concerns I was never answered even after patient attempts. The location is great though and would a great place to stay after it’s had maintenance. It could use more cozy dining chairs instead of cold metal too. And better communication when there’s a problem.

Fun girls getaway and this place didn't disappoint. I was pleasantly surprised by how close it was to the beach. We could see the boardwalk by just walking to the end of the road and it was easily walkable distance. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean and the host had a QR code to places around the property to visit and eat. If I go back to Santa Cruz I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great location and great house. Spotless clean. Great communication with the owners. Really appreciate it and will definitely try to stay here again when we are back in town. Highly recommend.

We (me, wife, daugher) stayed here while visiting our newborn grandson. We did not need a place right on the beach. This is the next best thing, a perfect spot just a few steps from the beach. The house is in great shape and the amenities are good. We had a little confusion about which driveway to use. It's the one on the cliff/beach side of the houseWe had two cars, so parked one on the street. Parking spots were generally available except for a couple time when I had to park on the street behind the house. Not a problem. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again!.

We came to Santa Cruz for a family wedding. We love the Seabright area and found this gem. The home has three nice bedrooms, a nice dining and living area and a super cute courtyard for parking. The beds were very comfortable and the home was spotless. We will stay here again!!!

This is the first place we e stayed here the home had everything including usable kitchen knives Ita a lovely home in a lovely place.

We had a fantastic time at this idyllic beach house - exactly as I envisioned a bright charming beach house to be. Easy walking to the beach and to the boardwalk, and an easy walk to other cafes and restaurants. There is a designated parking spot behind the house in a gated alley, so finding a spot on the street is not an issue. All in all the perfect place to stay for our trip.

We have a handicapped brother that we visit in Santa Cruz. The location is fantastic and the home was clean and lovely!

The property was just as advertised. So clean and beautiful, located in the perfect place. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location. Steps from Seabright beach Host quickly responded to any questions & issues. Furnishings were a bit sparse but comfortable.

Great location, clean and comfortable for our girls trip.

The location of this property was perfect, it’s a short walk to the beach and the Boardwalk. However, there were a couple of maintenance issues that I wouldn’t expect to find in a rental at this price - a shower that leaks, a cracked toilet seat and a microwave handle that was about to fall off. We managed to work around these problems and enjoyed our stay.

Seabright beach area fabulous with gorgeous beach, great coffee and delis. House was perfectly located… great decks outside for morning and evening sun….

This house was adorable, perfect beach and boardwalk access, clean, and comfy. Paid for 3 days. but with a very late 'check in' and early 'check out' there was no time to enjoy the house on those days. House cleaning did not inventory well, I had to send a follow up email. Over-all great memories were made with a comfortable stay.
