Sea View Villa | Shared Pools, Balcony!

This was the second time we've stayed at this property. It smelled clean as soon as we walked in, bed linens were clean, and overall everything is comfortable without issues. We stayed a whole week and the only issue we had was a little bit of water coming in the master patio doors when there was a torrential rain from storm off of the Gulf and horizontal rains... but other than that, it was perfect. Pool is great, walk to the beach is short, quiet neighborhood but quick drive to Port A for restaurants, pizza is deliverable, and there is enough seating at table and living for a family of 6. We'll see y'all again next year.

This was our first vacay to Port Aransas, and we were pleasantly pleased with the town and beaches. The house was a 4 minute walk to the beach which was perfect and beach was great for boogie boarding with shallow walk out and nice, small waves. We have stayed in 10+ other beach towns and this property (and mgmt co.) was the most disappointing. The house needs some TLC from homeowners (vanity mirrors cracked, minimal deck furniture, low water pressure, shower floor falling in-master bathroom, time to throw futon away; super musty and dehumidifiers had no instructions but easy to figure out if you look up). Property management company also seems lacking in involvement. (One towel per person provided, with only a few washcloths, sheets seemed dirty. One replacement trash bag, no dishwasher pods, etc.) When we tried to contact property mgmt company, they were hard to reach and office was closed 3 times when we went by in normal operating hours. We enjoyed our stay, but for the money, felt a little disappointed with what was provided.

The property was in good condition, clean and the kitchen was well equipped.There was an intermittent power/breaker problem that affected several lights and the main heater. The power issue was not resolved even after a maintenance technician was dispatched. The water pressure for all showers/bathroom faucets was very low and the refrigerator took 36 hrs to cool down to a temp that would provide cooling for food.

Aside from a small episode with sugar ants in the kitchen, which we were able to contain with some ant killer which we found in the a/c closet, everything else was very nice. We were also expecting to have a good view of the ocean, which we didn’t , but still enjoyed the outdoor patios.

Furniture and tables upstairs we had to wipe down due to handprints and smudges on my able, trash from previous tenants was greeting us when we arrived, we had to dispose. Ac water from condensation downstairs leaks into a bucket, beautiful unit just needs some TLC from owners.

We were disappointed that you couldn't see the beach even though it said beach front on the description. But the boardwalk was a nice short walk to the beach so it wasn't a huge deal. We would definitely stay there again.

Although it wasn’t a long walk we had to cut through another smaller gated property to access beach. The pool was dirty and extremely small. The space was adequate but upstairs unit smelled very musty. The downstairs unit was a little musty but had de humidifier to help.
