Sea Oaks home with new updates, a patio, gas grill, children's games, W/D, & AC

Very clean and quiet. Perfect for the purpose of our trip.

House was clean, spacious, good location,, neighborhood quiet and seemed safe, kitchen was well equipped to actually cook, nice outdoor seating, table to eat outside a plus, nice fenced in back yard. Enjoyed our trip very much.

Beautiful, comfortable, clean, quiet. Easy check in and check out. Lovely back porch. An absolute great place to stay to relax, reconnect, and have much needed time with friends or family.

This quaint cottage was perfect for what we wanted to do during our 2024 summer vacation. Hiking, jogging, being near the beach, enjoying the ocean, outdoor concerts, cooking and exploring the local cuisine. We loved the location of the house and its proximity to the beach. The quietness and cleanliness of the neighborhood helped to make our vacation memorable.

The house is lovely and spacious. Close to the walking trail along the canal. Just a bike ride or short car drive to the beach

Beautiful property in a beautiful low key neighborhood. Only disappointment was the dryer that did not dry and a leaking dishwasher. Not major issues but with a family attending the beach daily it’s nice to have the amenities. We still had a great time.

We had a great time visiting this home. It was exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful home and great location.

We enjoyed our short stay at Beach Camp - a brand new house in Ocean View only a few miles from Bethany Beach. The neighborhood was quiet and house well decorated, beds comfortable and details pretty well thought out. I would say that the cleaning service for incoming guests might be a work in progress - Upon entering the pretty home we immediately found dirty floors, hair and sand in bathrooms, makeup and hair in the master king bed. Other beds did not look to be freshly changed. Several full trash cans, half washed dishes in dishwasher. The side by side freezer door had been left open so lots of moisture from melted ice had accumulated, dripped on the floor. We connected with the property manager eventually and the cleaning person revisited the house about an hour after we finally got to talk to someone. I cleaned up the freezer issue and remade the master bed after finding sealed laundry sheets in the closet. We made sure the house was cleaner than we found it when we left. Zero Access to the garage for sand toys(or storing bikes for a longer stay) and replacing garage cans from the street were minor issues. House has cute outside spaces and is a short walk to a darling park and neat nature path. Maybe a screen on the front/kitchen doors would cut down on flies and help make serving refreshments or food outside even easier. I can see this house being comfortable in any season and it will get better with time as memories are made at Beach Camp.

Great property, clean, spacious and close to the beach. Would definitely recommend.
