Our only complaint is the large window in the primary upstairs bedroom has internal moisture and therefore the wonderful view was blocked.

This house felt so private with lots of spaces to cozy up to this magnificent view. Spaces were ample inside and out for a large family gathering with a well stocked kitchen. Definitly check this house out!

The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and other cooking equipment. The house lay out is spacious and takes full advantage of the ocean view.

The kitchen was very nice, functional, with lots of pots and pans and cookware to make cooking enjoyable. Pantry was amazing! We ate in for our meals and watched the waves while eating. Gorgeous. The combination living room/family room was spacious, comfortable, with furniture in very good condition, large TV, and easily seen from other parts of the house. One area that I think could be improved would be windows. The upstairs windows hadn't been washed for a long time, so view of the ocean wasn't possible. Main level windows need screens and lubrication.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay this past November was wonderful. Sculpture Point is a very well laid out home; well equipped and I would rent it again. That being said, I wasn't happy about not receiving my deposit back. First time in over 30 years of renting homes in Sea Ranch. Turns out if you accept the offer for insurance for an additional $69.00, you will no longer get your deposit back. I had no idea that one hinged upon the other. If I would have known that by accepting the insurance offer, I would no longer qualify to get my $1,000 deposit back, I would have never accepted this offer. I'm including this information in my review because I don't want anyone else to fall into this trap. When I called the rental office, all they could say was they've been offering this insurance since the 90's and that it was fully explained in the subsequent email they sent me. In any case, there was a big lack in communication and I feel they should do a better job telling the renter verbally as the offer was presented, that I would no longer get my deposit back if I accepted the offer. In spite of this pitfall, I still love Sea Ranch and the Sculpture Point home is one I would go back to.
