Scribi`s Beach House

This house is exceptional. Very clean, well stocked and just a minute walk to the beach. Also, close to many restaurants and activities.

Love the property. Second time there and look forward to returning soon.

During my initial conversation with Joe, he was so accommodating in having us stay last minute! The house was beautiful, clean & exactly as you would expect. Communication was great & overall just a very comfortable experience! A must stay for your cape cod adventure! Thank you, Scribi’s! :)

The cottage was immaculately clean with fresh sheets and thoughtful things such as plenty of towels, kitchen items, coffee cups, even spices. Very well described in the write up. I would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone.

This is our second time staying at Scribi House, and it was just as glorious as the first time. We tend to take short little Cape visits in the off-season and are so happy we found this little beach cottage. It is walking distance to Sea Street Beach (1 block), close to all of the activity on busy Rte 28, and cozy--but roomy. The primary bedroom has a really comfy king bed, a desk (which, unfortunately, my husband had to work at on both trips and the wifi is great), and plenty of storage for longer vacationers. The other 2 bedrooms are great for my teens--one has a full size bed, the other a twin bed. Although it is a beach cottage, the layout makes it seem so roomy! When you're hanging out in the kitchen/living room area it seems so far away from the sleeping area. There are *all* the bells and whistles to make your stay a breeze: coffee maker with full pot/single cup option; dishwasher; washer & dryer; beverage fridge; all sorts of pots and pans, glasses, mugs, dishes, utensils; and some staple food-stuff (salt, oil, some coffee pods, plastic wrap...) Joe & Christine--Bravo!

I loved all the extra windows with added lighting. This is our second time staying with one of the host’s locations. There’s a lot of details that the owners really took time to perfect. I did wish the yard had a gate so we can let the dogs run but we managed.

First time to Cape Cod. Owner was helpful in recommending sights to see. Clean, comfortable place to stay.

Nicely appointed house. Master bedroom has its own door to backyard. I would stay again.
