Outside, you'll love the large lot's privacy as well as its welcoming open courtyard's basketball goals, ping pongtable and conversation circle. The home's clean lines, myriads of windows and modern architecture draws you into its very spacious, bright interior accentuated by soaring ceilings, gleaming bleached hardwoods and tasteful white shiplap. The living space, anchored by a decorative fireplace, offers the perfect spot for great conversations, enjoyable game playing or quiet relaxation. The adjacent dining area is spacious and provides access to an oversize side screen porch with another complete dining set (just steps from the outdoor kitchen) and an additional comfortable sitting area-so you can choose to enjoy meals inside or al fresco. The kitchen's huge marble island boasts more seating (for five) at the breakfast bar and plenty of prep room for multiple chefs. This gourmet's delight is equipped with high-end stainless appliances, plenty of storage and a spacious pantry behind a barn door. This floor also houses the natural light-filled King Owner's suite with a spa-like bath and generous closet also behind a barn door.

Upstairs, there's another sunny living space and three more suites-another King, a very roomy Queen and a bunkroom with four Twins. Each proffers its own ensuite full bath. Stays here include use of two golf carts (a six-passenger and a four-passenger) and access to WWP's 24/7 Property Manager Assistance Line-which means you can reach needed help even after hours or on weekends. IMPORTANT NOTE ON CLUBS: Both clubs are independent from WWP or any WWP properties. As such, all arrangements for temporary memberships must be handled by renters directly with the Clubs. Renters are strongly encouraged to make desired reservations with the club immediately upon booking, and also to become familiar with club policies, procedures, and schedules. WWP representatives will not be able to answer most club-related questions.
