I would definitely stay here again. It’s such a cute and quaint house! My 2 year old loved roaming in the back courtyard. Even though the parking was along the street there was enough parking spaces.The hostess was very efficient with the communication. Everything was very clean. The only thing that I would say is that there should be a can of mosquito spray when going outside. Also, underneath the beds need to be swept. I accidentally looked under there when my two-year-old dropped something on the floor. It was really dusty and had animal hair under there. Not to mention that there are some water droplets that was behind the bed. I thought maybe it was leaking from the ceiling however it was not. No apparent explanation as to why the water was there. Also, disposable slippers should be provided since shoes are not allowed in the house.Overall, I would definitely stay here again

What an absolutely adorable home. Everything was spotlessly clean and it was beautifully furnished with style and comfort in mind. The private patio was fabulous for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening to enjoy the balmy Savanna breezes and the the pretty back lighting from the garden. The was a vey convenient park just outside where we could take our dog to do his business. The location was ideal surrounded by lovely historic homes was so close to great restaurants and coffee shops. My only regret is that we were only there for one night on our way up to NC. We plan to have this be our stop over when we come back down in Oct!

Well maintained home with a great location to most everything. Beds are comfortable yet the furniture in the home is very low to sit on. Courtyard is quiet and enjoyed watching the birds and seeing the squirrels. Ample street parking in front of home. Jackie the host is great at communicating and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at this home.

The only thing that we recommend is, there’s so many light switches. Maybe you label them and explain where they go to what lights. The hardwood floors were a little dirty. Our socks were extremely dirty after walking on them. Other than that A, we absolutely loved your townhouse. Great location easy to everywhere. when we paid to park out front of the townhouse our car did get keyed not happy about that but parking and back was very easy

Great location and really cute home, we’d stay again!

Our family of three adults and one small pooch loved our stay! The location is great, as it's within walking distance of Broughton Street, the river, and Forsyth Park (though the park is a bit further away). It's a very quiet and safe area, and we loved having the park right out front. The courtyard area is really lovely and peaceful! The stairs to the second floor bedrooms are steep, so be careful if that's an issue for you. Parking was easy right out front. Download and use the Park Savannah app for an easy way to pay for parking. The beds are very comfortable and the apartment is clean. The den furniture is not very comfortable but otherwise okay. Would definitely stay here again!

Quiet street, comfortable beds and lovely courtyard in back.

We enjoyed our stay! Unfortunately, there was a pet accident that we were unaware of prior to departure. As soon as we were notified, we immediately took responsibility and will be covering professional cleaning costs.

House is very nice; is stocked with everything we needed. Nice private garden in the back. Really great location close to parks and downtown.

Beautiful townhome-spacious, and yet cozy. Comfortable beds-adorable courtyard- walking distance to several spots. We not stayed a day but wish we had more time here. Perfect drag

We had a wonderful stay and the location was perfect. The home is on a very quiet street near a cute little square. Everything you could need is provided at this rental. We will be returning on our next trip to Savannah.

Enjoyed the stay tremendously. Near Crawford Square which was very nice and I loved the Courtyard.

We liked being close to everything yet it was so quiet. The outdoor space was perfect for storing our bikes. Internet, AC, kitchen and TVs were all great. The owner was helpful and we had a wonderful stay!

Property was finished nicely and had a nice patio. Hosts were wonderful. Beds were terrifically uncomfortable and closets were full of host's stuff and left little room for guests' clothing. Wi/Fi was also very errartic.

Lovely little place. On a quiet street and the space is nicely renovated and clean. Pet friendly (we brought our small dog) and we walked almost everywhere. Courtyard is beautiful- the weather kept us from enjoying sitting outside it but it's a lovely spot to gather. Would happily return!

We loved this house! Well taken care of and had everything we needed. Beautiful outdoor area with calming fountain. Parking was always easy. Location was great. Kids loved the park across the street. Charming old building. Loved!

We were here to evacuate hurricane Milton. The house is really lovely. There is a small garden with water fountain great spot for morning coffee. Location is amazing! We walked everywhere from the house. Quiet square just across the street.
