The property management was fantastic as well! They were quick to respond and communicated very well.

We enjoyed our stay in oceano. This best was very comfortable and easy to quickly get in beach mode. It was well appointed and the rooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen is quirky but easy to navigate The only thing I missed was that there was a sand hill that blocked seeing the water. But that also kept us nice and private.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the rental, however, there are a couple of things we would recommend for a better experience. The pillows really should be changed. It seems like they are very old and overly used, that was kind of gross. It was kind of the same with the cooking pots and utensils, the non-stick coating was all scraped up on the pots and the utensils were falling apart. Given what we were paying as guests (not family members), the expectation was higher and these essentials should not have been such shabby quality.

Spent a great week enjoying having a beach as a backyard. Great location with a couple of food options walkable distance.

It was spotlessly clean, and everything was great. My only suggestion would be to have some chairs that we could take to the beach.

We had a problem with the fireplace heater and CVR came right out and attempted to resolve the problem. They provided an alternate heat source when the fireplace heater couldn't be repaired.

Equipped with everything needed. Weather was great. Enjoyed the outdoors. Short drive to Pismo Beach pier.
