Stayed Nov 6, 2025We really enjoyed our stay. The home has all of the amenities that were advertised and they all worked well. We really enjoyed the pool and the access to the beach was t that much further than if we were on oceanfront. We loved the sunrise/sunset views from the roof.

Stayed Mar 21, 2025Maintenance issues. Hot tub not hot which was a problem for our group wanting to predominantly use in the march weather. Property manager never responded. Musty moldy smell in the house. Actually saw mold several places in the house & brought that to the attention of the property manager. Grill was half working. Two hours to cook a couple steaks. Take something to cover your eyes while sleeping. Lots of blinds broken.

Stayed Jun 25, 2022Good house with great common area for hanging out together. Says sleeps 18 but only if all double beds and all pull out couches have 2 people. A few bunk beds would be better than so many double beds. Pool is half covered by a roof which makes it a little darker but nice to get out of the sun and still be in the pool. Not directly in the water but easily accessible path and only a short walk with shade for half of that walk. Overall a good place for multiple families to vacation together.

Stayed Dec 30, 2021Very clean, well equipped, excellent location, spacious, heated pool, hot tub that worked……. I could go on. Rented equipment was nearly new and delivered as promised. Lots of outdoor space to relax.

Stayed Oct 6, 2021The property is really close to the beach and could walk there everyday which was great. The house itself is huge and spacious but is starting to show some wear and tear inside with rusted vents, chipped tiles and stairs needing be re-stained. The communication with the property manager was great, super quick and responsive, no issues during our stay. It is a little hard to find at night so would recommend arriving during when it is light out.
