Pet friendly and clean.

Perfect stay. Communication was great. The property was impeccably clean. We especially liked that there was no carpet anywhere. We brought our own linens and towels and it felt like home. Very nice property. September weather was perfect and the area was quiet and relaxing. Short stroll to the beach and Tiki Bar.

The house is very spacious and comfortable. Great location and it was very quiet in the neighborhood (except for some construction going on in the next neighborhood). Nice furnishings and in great condition. Would recommend for families.

We had a great time. The house was great for our stay. My wife, parents and our 2 girls felt very comfortable at the house. We were located close to the pool and the beach was a short walk. We did rent a golf cart which came in handy. We drove it everywhere. One of our best beach trips was this one.

We had a great time. The house was very clean and well stocked. Located in a very quiet area. Plenty of parking for at least 6 cars. King and Queen bedrooms down in main level with their own bathroom. Three upstairs with one Queen and Twin bedrooms sharing a hallway bathroom and a Queen bedroom with its own bathroom. We loved the house and enjoyed our stay.

The property was very clean and the kitchen Was very well stocked. The neighborhood was very nice and quite but convenient. Will definitely be back.

From start to finish, this was a great experience! Beautiful home that housed family members in town for a wedding. Interacting with the owner was above and beyond expectations. I would highly recommend. If I ever need a rental in Ocean Isle, NC again, this is where I will stay!

We love the property. Location was great and the layout worked out great for the kids and adults. The host was very quick to respond with any questions.

This was a wonderful home away from home for our family. The home was clean, well-equipped, and had plenty of space for our group of 10. Even our sweet shih-tzu enjoyed her stay! It is located in a really friendly neighborhood that is just far enough away from the center of town to be convenient yet quiet. There are 2 very nice neighborhood pools (bring your own chairs, as there are NONE at the pools), one within easy walking distance from the house. Also, the pool was never crowded. The walk to the beach is pretty easy too. We rented a golf cart so that made it even easier! (We found that the golf cart wasn't really a necessity). The beds were comfortable but you must bring your own linens (bath, bed, and kitchen). It would've been nice to have had a charcoal or gas grill. Our grandsons loved watching the crabs and the turtles in the lagoon behind the house. And even though we weren't on the beach, every morning we had a view of the beautiful sunrise from the back deck. Finally, I had a question for our host on our first night there and it was answered immediately. We were so impressed with her concern for our comfort! It was a great vacation house for our crew!

Home was perfect! Very clean, and the layout was really nice for our family. There are two bedrooms downstairs and three bedrooms upstairs. The pool was within walking distance and was just about empty most of the time. Everyone in the neighborhood was so nice. We will definitely book this home again.
