Stayed Apr 17, 2026House was dirty when we checked in. Had not been cleaned…dirty wash cloth in the shower. Bugs in bed and all over the floor. We took pictures of the mess. Ashley came on Sunday and cleaned…thank you Ashley…she made the house livable. I would not recommend this house to anyone. If this is the way SANCTUARY houses are kept, I would not choose another SANCTUARY listing. It is the worse VRBO house we have ever rented.

Stayed Oct 2, 2025The property was clean but otherwise lacking. The thermostat was locked up with a key and the property company was flippant and rude when asked about it- insinuating that the air wouldn’t work unless set to their preset temp. All the furniture was extremely cheap with paper thin bedding and most closets were locked up with no clothing storage. It’s very obvious that a company owns the property and no one cares about it or the people who stay there. Spend your money and your stay somewhere else.

Stayed Sep 17, 2025If we would have know that a lock box to control the climate we would have never stayed at this place. They had fans and half the fans were broken. Front screened door was ripped and sagging. Beds was not in good shape.

Stayed May 23, 2025My family and I were in town for my son's graduation. The lovely accommodations topped it off. The only thing I believe needs added is maybe a rolling island for the kitchen. We need more counter space while preparing our meals. Otherwise we were very comfortable and satisfied with our stay.

Stayed Apr 11, 2025Our family came to the area for a soccer tournament. This home was the perfect option for being able to spread out, have our own food and drinks, and to be able to wash uniforms, etc. We felt safe and comfortable here. The little details- like laundry detergent and snacks- made our stay so much more enjoyable. It would be good to note that this home is located on a busy street. Thank you for a great and affordable stay!

Stayed Feb 21, 2025We came into town to see family. We were looking for a clean place for a decent price, and this was it. It's only 40-50 feet from the road, so its a little loud at night with the cars going by, but not too bad. Decent fenced-in yard which our dog loved.

Stayed Nov 26, 2024You did a good job of updating an older home. I should have asked more questions. I did ask if the kitchen was adequately supplied for a family Thanksgiving dinner for 7 or 8 people and was assured that it was. When I got there, I found that the plates were too small, there were only 2 bowls(total), no casserole dishes at all., not enough silverware and no large serving spoons, only one mid-size pot, and no large pots. I knew there was very little counter space, so I took a 4 ft folding table which was a life saver in the kitchen and had to double as a buffet for serving the meal. The fenced yard was an incredible bonus for our 2 pups, and the location was fine. I ended up at Walmart to buy bowls, silverware, casserole dishes, Cookie sheets and large serving spoons to the tune of nearly $200. Still, partly my fault for failing to ask more detailed questions.

Stayed Jun 19, 2024My oldest graduated UGA Pharmacy School this past spring. He obtained a residency at the VA hospital in Johnson City so this trip was to move him from Georgia to Tennessee. The property was centrally located and just as described. We had a very comfortable stay and had a great week. Thank you so much!
