The house is in a great neighborhood, perfect walking path and sidewalks if you are bringing Fido. We enjoyed the comfort of home being away from home. Our hosts were very responsive and welcoming. We enjoyed every minute! Will look forward to booking again and staying in Montrose. Thank you!

This was beyond our expectations. Extremely clean, modern and with all the conveniences expected. Very comfortable stay. Good location with easy access to any eatery, entertainment location in Montrose, Ouray, Ridgway, Dalton and short drive to Grand Junction and Telluride. Worth the stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. This is an exceptional property with great hosts. The bed was very comfortable and the neighborhood is really quiet at night, so we slept well. The location is perfect.

We spent 10 days. This home is very clean very nicely decorated and kitchen was great very well stocked . The game room is alot if fun. The hosts were very nice and helped us out a couple of times. We would recommend this home its great.

The owners communication was great and the place was perfect! They thought of everything! The beds were very comfortable and it was a great base for our sightseeing in Ouray and Telluride and the Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP! One of the better VRBO’s we’ve stayed at! Would definitely recommend to everyone!

The property is clean and well maintained. It is in a new, but quiet neighborhood on the edge of town. I would highly recommend this house if you like being a short drive from many mountain destinations.

Beautiful brand new home with welcoming decor and lavender gift. Incredibly prepared space with an awesome bonus game room. Absolutely perfect for our stay and visit to the National Park. Absolutely recommend. Service was above and beyond with communication within 10 minutes. Appreciate the coffee bar and cleanliness! Thank you for sharing your home!

We enjoyed the brand newness of the home itself! The construction around it was quite busy, which made enjoying the outside impossible... But for this trip, was perfectly fine for us. Overall, very comfortable, warm, and cozy!

The place was great and in a good location. It was clean and comfortable. Being pet friendly was amazing! The game room was a hit! We all had a great time! The only drawback was the house being built next door. It was very loud for the last two days of our stay after the holiday weekend. That is temporary, but it is a new neighborhood.

This was one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. Truly spotless. My entire family was impressed with it. The separations of bedrooms was great. Walking around the pond was a pleasure in the evenings. Contacting the owner was perfect in every way. The game room was a MAJOR hit with the kids and the adults. Close to Gunnison, Ouray (Box Canyon), and Last Dollar Road were key in our selection. This getaway is perfection plus!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This property was in a great location (appeared to be new development) and was extremely clean and nicely decorated. My husband and I didn't use the game room but it looked like it would be great for kids. The hosts were easy to contact and very accommodating. My favorite part was the lake down the street; it was very relaxing to walk down there and see and hear the birds enjoying the setting. We were very satisfied with our stay here!

We came for a Power and Love conference . The basis was to equip believers in Christ Jesus to get out in the community and share our love. Shame and condemnation was broken off of us and others in the community through random acts of kindness.
