Great southside location, 2 mins to Bridges, fenced back yard, 2 car garage, AC!

Highly recommend staying here, we used it as a base to go into Ouray every day and hike.

Everything was in very good condition.

The house was in good conditioned, well supplied, conveniently located, and clean.

Great location. Beautiful private yard/patio area. Master shower had mold in corner. Master TV not working. Great communication with host!

We had a great time at your property. Everything was a good experience. The only thing that would have been better is one more bathroom as we had 6 adults, but 3 beds 3 baths is hard to find in your area. But I would recommend this property to my friends and family.

This was an awesome house to stay at while traveling to Telluride and Ouray. The house was super clean and just as described. The neighborhood was nice for evening walks and the outdoor space was good for morning coffee. I would definitely stay here again.

Short stay in Montrose - this was a base for a trip to Ouray and it checked the boxes. Kitchen was well stocked. Neighborhood safe to walk around.

This is a very nice and clean modern house. Having access to the 2 car garage during our stay was a nice bonus. Our host Rhonda provided quick responses to my questions and gave me updates as requested.

This is a perfect place for a family vacation. House is very clean and up to date. Beds are very comfortable. Everything we needed was there. We ate most meals at the house and had plenty of nice dishes and utensils to use. We used it as our base to explore black canyon and Colorado national monument. Perfect location on the outer edge of town in a quiet neighborhood. Would absolutely stay at this place again.

Very nice, clean house in a nice neighborhood close to town. Plenty of beds for our group, nice kitchen and living room for socializing. Worked out great to allow us to get ready for our upcoming hunting trip. Hope to be back again next year.

Four friends taking an away from home golf trip…we enjoyed cooking our dinners and sitting on the back patio. The house was very comfortable.

Rhonda was very communicative and available. The house was clean and had all of our needs. We were in town for a wedding, so were weren't there that much, but the location was perfect and close to everything.
