On the front porch you’ll find lots of privacy behind the colorful trees to relax on the dreamy porch swing! When you’re ready to retreat inside you’ll find a new reclining couch & two brand new comfortable king beds! Off street parking available for 3 vehicles and trailer parking. Only 2 miles from Montrose Airport, 1 mile from downtown shopping and local restaurants and only 14 miles to the Black Canyon.

A second internet TV is available in the master bedroom.

This property maintains a no pet policy to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests.
