A 3-4 minute drive and you will be in the centre of town with cafes, restaurants, galleries and shops at your fingertips.



Getting Around:

Sampson Cottage is a short drive to anywhere and you can walk to most places in the CBD depending on your activity level.

    #14 Sampson is a lovely house with all the character of the town but unfortunately it didn’t live up to our expectations & certainly didn’t come close to the “premier & exceptional” label its been given.Basic things which are so easily fixed: broken kitchen tap, leaky shower, coffee machine needs a service, broken lounge (a nuisance with limited seating) but mostly it all needs a really good clean. We did not get our moneys worth and wouldn’t recommend this property.

    The property had every amenity and was very clean and comfortable. The location is very central and most convenient for the purpose of our visit to Orange.
