The cozy gathering area, anchored by a decorative fireplace, is just across from the dining space. Enjoy your meals-with-a-water-view or step out onto the attached screen porch for a snack or coffee. The adjacent kitchen has a beautiful wooden breakfast bar that seats four, loads of granite counter space and stainless appliances. It is backed by a spacious pantry/laundry room.
