positive-The view of the ocean from the back makes this place! The place was clean and check-in instructions very clear. The upstairs set up is very nice with double sink and shower.negative- The bed is painfully hard. The kitchen could use some TLC (especially appliances)We had to clean the outside of the sliders so we could enjoy the view to the ocean.

Location is awesome. Unit was very clean. Hosts responded very quickly to all questions concerns.

The balcony overlooking the water was our favorite spot. Fripp Island is a beautiful place and this rental is in a perfect quiet side of the island

Fifth stay here and plan on coming back every year! Owners are quick to respond if any issues. Beautiful location and we now prefer September to the hotter summer months!

A great place to stay on Fripp Island! This cute two story condo was perfect for our stay. It has a full kitchen with everything you need to make breakfast or just have a quick meal. The view from the upstairs and downstairs decks were breathtaking. The area was quiet and less busy than the areas near the beach club. The hosts were easy to communicate with and we had all the information before we arrived. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Cottage! Absolutely loved the views -- waking up and looking out at the ocean everyday was such a treat. Also enjoyed the access to the semi-private pool (much less crowded than the resort pools). Michael and Tonja were super responsive when we ran into issue with A.C. The whole thing was resolved in under an hour! Also grateful for easy check-in and check-out.Fripp Island is a magical place!

This is the third year in a row that we stayed at Saltwater Zen. That should say everything. We love the location, the amenities, the view, the pool, and the home is stocked with almost anything one could need. We appreciate the top notch hosts, who are always easily reached if needed. This is our first stay at this property. We have rented the property next door in the past. Great layout for two adults. We were able to watch the dolphins practically every day. Check in/out was seamless. Amenity cards were appreciated. We would consider renting this property again.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to spend our honeymoon. This oceanfront cottage was everything we dreamed of – cozy, beautifully maintained, and set in an absolutely stunning location. Waking up each morning to the sound of waves and enjoying coffee on the private balcony with a view of the ocean was pure bliss. The cottage was spotless, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. If you’re looking for a peaceful, romantic escape by the sea, this is it. We’re already dreaming of coming back for an anniversary!

Perfect home in a perfect place. The ocean views were beautiful from the two porches. Saw dolphins, deer and even a raccoon went scurrying by. Beautiful Fripp island there to explore and close to Hunting island to see as well. The home had everything we needed and more.

Great views of ocean including dolphins surfacing frequently. Had minor issue but communication was easy and issue was resolved quickly. We walked 5K loop several times on sidewalks, low-traffic roads, and retaining wall next to ocean. Deer near roads seem tame. Good restaurants including Seaside Grill (Wednesday shrimp night) and Beedos (Vegan smashburgers) within 20 minute drive.

We love Fripp. This cute beach cottage is perfect for two people. Great views and location!! Amazing watching the dolphins swimming right from the deck. Communication with the host was really good and they addressed a minor issue quickly. Highly recommend!!

We chose this property for the location - water views are stunning at sunrise and sunset. We booked the hot tub balcony, and could se that unit next door, but ours didn't include a hot tub off the master/only bedroom upstairs. Wish we had the info about the cruises earlier - we missed the shelling cruise and there were no other options during our stay. But the community amenities were lovely, and the proximity to Savannah perfect.

We LOVE Fripp! We have stayed in your place the last 2 times down and LOVE it! Perfect spot and you make everything super easy and comfortable. We WILL be back!

This cottage is just right for a couple’s vacation. It is supplied with everything we needed and the ocean view from the decks is fantastic. I could sit on the deck all day and listen to the ocean and watch the dolphins (I didn’t, but I could)!! There are two swimming pools within walking distance (one you’re looking at from the deck) and a restaurant right across the street.

This is our fourth time in the past 4 years as this home. Wonderful as usual!

This is the second time we have stayed in this cottage. We love it. We find it comfortable with all the necessities to make our stay easy and care free.

A beautiful and well appointed home; a view that was gorgeous; owners that were very accommodating and responsive… just a wonderful experience!!

No hot tub on the property as shown in the picture we saw. At least a queen size bed would be nice. Overall it met our needs.
