Stayed May 31, 2025Rome was a wonderful host, and quickly responded to any questions we had. The neighborhood is close to everything but also extremely quiet. Having a lovely clean pool to relax in while looking out over the pond was great. I would definitely stay again!

Stayed Feb 21, 2025Our family of 4 stayed here for a weekend. The place was welcoming, spotless, and well stocked. There's plenty of room to spread out. We used both the screened in area and the den in the evenings to wind down after a day of sightseeing. The pool, pool toys and lawn games were a hit with the kids. The location is central. Everything is a short drive away. Rome was very responsive to my questions and messages before and during our stay.

Stayed May 30, 2024Took my wife, teenage son and his friend down for a week. Great communication with Rome. The house has been refreshed and has all of the accommodations needed for a great stay. The house is just minutes away from numerous attractions (like Three Sisters Springs, canoeing/kyacking, etc.) and a short drive to other area attractions like Homasasa Springs.
