St. Elmo Haven- Less than 4 miles to Rock City

Our activities was very close, 5-10 minute drive to everything.

Property was near to everything, very clean and spacious. I would definitely come back and stay there again!!!

Great value for a cozy place that is just a short drive to the downtown area or the mountain.

We had a great stay. It truly felt like our little home away from home during our visit. Property was clean and check in & out was hassle free. We had no issues at all and the hosts were easy to communicate with. We will definitely return if we find ourselves visiting chattanooga again!

Everything was perfect

kitchen was fairly well equipped, home worked well for our dog, and us. location was ideal. loved the cubby storage units in lieu of drawers. it was nice to have a bench in each bedroom. It would have been nice to have access to the basement laundry. home was fairly clean. priced right. over all, a nice place.

Host was very easy to work with. House was in a nice neighborhood. Traffic was heavy, but bedrooms are in back so you dont even notice. We had everything we needed at this house. Perfect location in proximity to our softball tournament. Close to Ruby Falls, Incline Railway, Lookout Mtn and Great Falls.

I booked this for my husband who needed a place to stay near family. He says it was a comfortable home base to relax in. It was very clean, and the kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals. He noticed there were plenty of games (as well as a playground across that street) that we could use if the whole family had been there. Communication with the owner was prompt, friendly, and helpful. I would recommend this property as a home base for your visit to St. Elmo and the Chattanooga area.

Comfortable, convenient location for us, communication about facilities was clear and told us all we needed to know. Parking off street was much appreciated. Kitchen was equipped well enough for our needs. Thanks very much for a comfortable stay.

Great little duplex. Appreciated the games and puzzle in the living room for the kids.

Everything was clean and just as advertised. We enjoyed the park across the street. It was a great place to walk the dogs.

Great place! Always try to get a place in St. Elmo. It is a good location for my activities in the Chattanooga area. Loved the house.

Such a lovely, clean place in a cute, historic neighborhood. We had plenty of space and a well-stocked kitchen. A top-quality park is just across the road and it’s just a short drive to all the tourist attractions downtown.

I arrived at about 4:10pm (after check-in start time), and there was a pile of dirty towels in the bathroom, and bedsheets were definitely used and scattered on the beds. No answer via Vrbo message for about twenty minutes, so went to the alternate text number, and she sent the cleaning crew to the Vrbo, arriving at about 5:15. No cleaning had been done between guests, and I was instructed to leave during the cleaning, but also was never messaged when they finished, which would have been helpful. Ant infestation during stormy weather was surprising and not fun, but they liked my coconut cookies. Hopefully the nest on the laundry room door is a mud dauber's and not a wasp's. Towel rack barely hanging on in bathroom. Shower floor makes loud snapping-type sounds at times. No messages were ever answered during my in-person stay via Vrbo inbox, which is the standard place to communicate. Normally I'm sure this is a great place to stay, but there was a lot lacking this time. Other than these issues, stay was overall fine. Improving communication, cleaning scheduling, as well as the small issues mentioned would go a long way for future guests.

Ideal location in St Elmo. Safe, clean, quiet, and convenient to downtown with added local attractions. For families with kids there is a nice playground across the street. Off street parking is an added bonus. Fully equipped kitchen.

This was our first stay in Chattanooga so we didn't know beforehand, but St Elmo is the perfect location. It has such a charming, quiet small-town feel, while being minutes away from all the sites. The vacation house is very comfortable and had everything we needed. We even checked out the cool playground across the street.I would love to visit Chattanooga again and would try to book this place and maybe stay a few days longer next time.

The house was perfect for me and my family. Very comfortable rooms and it has everything we needed! Great location.

This property was a great location! Turns out it’s on the bike course for the Ironman 70.3 so my family and friends were able to cheer me on right from the front yard. Also super close to see rock city and lookout Mtn. Owners were very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Suitable for the purpose

The place is even better in person. It was clean and neat. I couldn’t ask for a better location! The neighbors were very nice and quiet.

The location of the property is great for being close to the tourist attractions we were wanting to see. The beds were also super comfortable.

House was as advertised, is a charming area near attractions and restaurants. Safe area as 2 women traveling alone. Would highly recommend!

Great location to rock city and ruby falls. Everything thing was as described.

First of all, I loved how welcoming the property was. Having private parking is also a plus. My fur babies were very happy here too. The beds were soft, the shower was hot, and everything was like 5-10 minutes away with the option to take a bus if I didn't want to drive. 10 out of 10, I'd stay here forever
