Stayed Jun 5, 2026Great week at the beach! Location is superb for beach access, Sagaponack General Store, Round Swamp, grocery store, etc. Had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. The backyard is idyllic and huge. Host is responsive and generous and the bikes, beach chairs and beach towels provided were huge bonus.

Stayed Aug 20, 2022This is a well-maintained lovely home (all on one level) with a heated pool and beautiful landscaping. The house was clean, comfortable, quiet and a short walk (about 0.5 miles) to the beach. John was an excellent host. He responded immediately to questions and provided suggestions for restaurants and other activities in the area.

Stayed Dec 28, 2021John's house was the perfect spot for a winter getaway. We walked to the beach, made fires in the evening and cooked a great New Year's Eve dinner for friends. And it was five minutes from Buckskill so my kids went ice skating everyday. John was a great host.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I have enjoyed spending time at this spot for many years...the backyard is spectacular! Large lawn with gardens, a relaxing hammock and of course a beautiful pool...walk to the ocean (if you want to leave the yard!)..a special spot
