Stayed Jun 18, 2026This house and the grounds were great. Spacious and clean. The pool area was perfect for relaxing all day and we were able to have the World Cup on the outdoor Tv and still enjoy the sun! Jay was a very helpful host.

Stayed Jan 23, 2026Jay was very thorough, responsive, and helpful in providing information about the house and the area. The house was spacious and clean with plenty of comfortable sleeping space for all 13 people in our group. All promised features (the hot tub, the video games, the gym equiptment, then kitchen appliances, the fire place) were working, clean, and in good condition. The property was lovely and I'm sure it's especially great in warm summer months.

Stayed Jun 15, 2025This property was amazing and our kids and grandkids loved it. The house was incredibly spacious with room to spare. Well appointed and I can't think of a convenience we didn't have available to us. The icing on this yummy cake was our host; Jay. He could not have been more responsive and helpful. He also recommended a boat rental that was the highlight of our trip. The town is very cute and trendy. If you are looking for more of a beach vibe, Montauk isn't very far away. Oh, and the winery and Friday night wine and music was great. We had a lovely time; all the way down to the 8 year old!

Stayed Jun 5, 2025Everything about Jay's home was amazing. The backyard was beautiful and there was plenty of room for all of us to hang and sleep. Even Jay was great too. He was so accommodating during our stay, he even helped us unpack our car when we arrived. We will definitely be back again! Would highly recommend.
