Rustic-Modern Beach Home w/ Access to Cinnamon Shore Amenities

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice stay at Cinnamon Shores South. Good location and well laid out for 2 families with kids. Stairs to the upper floor living area a bit challenging with heavy luggare or coolers. Could use a few more provisions as the place is fairly new. Disapointed to see the market in Cinnamon Shores North is permanently closed. Fishing poles for the lake would be a nice touch for the kids. South may turn out better than the North when completed.

Beds were comfortable and the couch was big and comfortable! Loved having an ice maker in the fridge! My daughter fished at the pond and caught a handful of fish through out our stay! The outdoor shower made it so easy to clean toys and sand off feet after being at the beach! Loved that the smaller pool near the house is an easy walk! Parking was great! The only thing that could make it better is if it was pet friendly! We chose to leave our fur babies at home this year so we were able to book this house, but we love to bring them on vacation with us so next year will need a pet friendly home, otherwise I would book this house again! This was our 5th time staying at CS and by far my favorite trip!

We had more than enough space (could have fit many more kids easily). The boys loved the double bunk beds, and easy access to the dock from the house. The kitchen was well stocked and the huge couch made for a cozy movie night. We would definitely stay here again!

The lake behind the house nice and my kids loved fishing there. The only negative was the street noise, but we only noticed it the first night. We'd stay again!

We loved all the windows in our house and how clean it was. The neighborhood was bright and fun with all the different house colors. We really enjoyed the pickleball courts and drove there almost every night. The golf carts were designed well with just a passcode and no key and we loved that we could park it right outside the house. The wide bridges were great and made it easy to cross over to the beach. We didn’t have any negatives about our stay and would definitely come back!

The property was clean and very well stocked with kitchen supplies. One of my favorite things that cinnamon shore has continued on even with growth is the kits that come with each room. My only negative about this property which is hardly a negative, the sectional in the upstairs living room isn’t connected from piece to piece so the middle will slide out if you try to lay on it.

The house is beautifully decorated, clean, and they did a great job with the bed configurations to fit a lot of people. My kids loved all the bunk beds. South Cinnamon Shore is calmer and less crowded than North Cinnamon Shore, which was good for us.The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The house is spacious. Recommend!

We prefer South to North as it seems a little quieter and laid back as of now. We do not mind the construction one bit and our toddler loved seeing the big trucks! The location provided close proximity to the beach and to the pool. Could not have asked for a better home base while here.The only drawback was that we were not able to check in to our home till 4:30 or so as our home was not ready. We were told that check in started at 4 but that did not indicate that the home would actually be ready at that time. I do wish there was a way that the office team could communicate readiness or if the home was not ready to you prior to check in so accommodations can be made in our travels.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed for Thanksgiving break. To be perfectly honest the house was not ready to be rented out. Outside bathroom/oven vents banged like hammers all night, all day. Construction mess surrounded house and in yard. Unfinished gates banged constantly that I had to go rig. Clerk at convenience store at CIn Shore Nirth did not know how to use cash register and we were told we could buy our stuff if we came back. We have stayed many times and loved it.... Just poor overall. I hope it was a fluke of a stay.
