Rustic Dream Cabin - Premier Home with hot tub & fire pit!

Beautiful place!

This property was perfect! Clean accommodations conveniently located to town, grocery store and RMNP. Kitchen was fully equipped and we especially enjoyed all of the board games / tables provided.

The place was great! We will definitely be back. The game room was great for the kids and the hot tub was in great shape. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the Rustic Dream Cabin for my wife’s 30th birthday weekend and it did not disappoint! From the cocktail ice cubes to the hot tub and fire pits we loved every minute of our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone that wants to get off the grid for an amazing weekend!

Great location, awesome backyard

The over all intent of the house was good. The beds, baths and hot tub and most of the back patio was nice. Having our meals there were doable but sitting on metal bar stools for all of our meals wasn't very comfortable. The gameroom in the garage was also nice but there was a strong Odor so the doors needed to stay open. The stove was a challenge to find the off position and we smelled gas most of the time so left windows open while we were at the house day and night. The curb appeal is terrible. The house is on a very busy street and traffic all day and all night was not our idea of a mountain get away. The location not specific until day of check in. ...And we chose this over a river property... ??? Photos are more flattering than the property deserves.

Fantastic house and outdoor area. Unfortunately it was quite warm during the week we were there (high 70’s and low 80’s) which made the 2nd bedroom virtually unusable. Facing east the morning sun had the room over 80 degrees by 8 am. Difficult to leave windows open at night in that room due to road noise. Due to the warm temperatures we did not utilize the hot tub or fire pits. The house would be incredible without the heat. Would definitely stay again at a different time of year.

Beautifully done house, appreciate the labels that were made so guests know what is what. Plenty of games for those rainy afternoons. Plenty of blankets and extras in the closets.

Very cute! Recently remodeled. Close to town. Cozy. Had a mom and baby elk in the back yard on our first night.

A great place to stay to visit RMNP! Comfie beds, easy access, clean, well outfitted! Owner is on it - and no issues that needed reaching out. Highly recommend.

Our multi-generational family enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The kids loved the game room and the hot tub. The location was extremely convenient both to town and Rocky Mountain National Park (Fall River and Beaver Meadows entrances). There was also a great view out of the front window. The cabin was clean and items were clearly labeled.

Beautifully renovated house. Loved the hot tub and fire pit. Doe birthed a fawn right by front stoop.

We absolutely loved the house as well as the attention to detail. The outdoor area was beautiful and great for hanging out with family after celebrating our wedding in RMNP! So happy with our stay and we will definitely be back

We really enjoyed our stay at the Rustic Dream Cabin. It had everything we needed for our stay and the location was perfect. We lived the back yard area with all the seating, it was a great place to eat and hang out. The house was super clean. We would recommend they put out a few more hot tub towels, that was the only issue we had, and probably was just an oversight as they had absolutely everything else thought of and taken care of. You can definitely feel good about booking this one!!

Close to RMNP and restaurants. House was well equipped and the boys loved the garage and ping pong

Our family loved the Rustic Dream Cabin. Check in and out was easy. Beautiful view out the front window and close to restaurants, shopping and fun things to do. It was relaxing and beautiful to get in the hot tub in the evenings. Game garage was fun. We were sad to leave and already want to go back.

The property is off the main road but still felt private. We had plenty to donat the house when we werent out an about. We would definitely stay again.

The property is beautiful. We lived how well labeled everything was, and there was so much to do at the home. We loved the hot tub and garage/game room!

Gorgeous place - the hot tub was wonderful during the winter and the garage was filled with fun games for our kiddos.

We wanted a place with more to offer than a hotel room. This is a lovely home. Well equipped. Very clean. The games and hot tub were fun. Deer visited the backyard. Dan was just a text away. Highly recommend for couples, friend group or a family.

We LOVED staying here! The home was beautiful and we loved having the hot tub to sit in, at the end of the night. The location is centrally located and so close to RMNP. Dan was wonderful and so attentive and helpful for our trip. I’ll be booking again with him when we come back!

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was fantastic and we would not hesitate to stay here again!

We had a great stay here while our family of four visited the national park. We had everything we needed to be comfortable between visits to the park. The owner was proactively communicative and responsive. Good recommendations we enjoyed Cinnamons, Bird and Jim, and Ziggies coffee We did not cook but used the kitchen for breakfast and packing lunches. Fire features in the back yard and games in the garage were a hit.

Great stay and host! Perfect house and location. Will return next fall from Arkansas!

The property was clean and had lots of cool activities. Hot tub, air hockey, fire pits, ping pong Foosball, It is off a major highway so it has some road noise but nothing horrible. The manager was quick to solve a minor issue

Beautiful home, close to downtown and to national parks. So many outdoor activities in area. Will be back... loved it!!

Adorable cabin with incredible views! Everything we needed and more…the outdoor space was so fun! We enjoyed the hot tub at the end of a long hike, played basketball and enjoyed a fire each night. The host was very gracious, allowing us to check in early and had excellent recommendations for everything from dinner, to activities to the best coffee in town. We would definitely recommend this host and property again!

Was a great oasis after a long day of exploring the RMNP. The hot tub was a great end to a long day. Close to town. Was a little warm but ceiling fans helpful and is in the house description that there is no air conditioning. Dan provided us with many recommendations for food and things to do while visiting Estes.

This house was located in the perfect spot. Extremely clean the owner was wonderful to help out It was extremely hot in Colorado when we stayed The owner was very helpful in getting the air conditioner to work. Beautiful sunrise is from the front window location location It was perfect for what we needed

This property was amazing, it is apparent Dan truly wants to give his guests a great experience. My family with kids loved the game room, hot tub, fire pit and outdoor table every night after hiking in the park. . The master shower was amazing as well.

I have stayed at Dan's property several times and it is top notch!!!
