The cottage has a fully equiped and very nice kitchen. Very clean, well furnished. Close to shopping and food.

Clean and close to lots of stuff. Communication was excellent. Kitchen was well equipped with lots of little extras and everything was nicely labeled. I would recommend this place.

We truly enjoyed our stay at RRR! It had all the amenities we needed for our stay. It was clean, had a beautiful kitchen and bathroom and the rooms were comfortable. Only wish the queen mattress was a little more comfortable. It was close to town and Monticello which was the point of being in the area. Julia was easy to communicate with and a pleasure to meet. An excellent ‘neighbor’!

Couch was small. TV was weirdly positioned. Mattresses NEED to be replaced.

All that was advertised on the VRBO site was accurate. The hosts couldn’t be more accommodating; and we enjoyed every minute of our stay here. Highly recommend this place.

Very convenient location- almost everywhere we went in Charlottesville was a 10 minute drive from the apartment. Super quiet, which we love. I definitely recommend.

The 2 BR 1 BA addition is adjacent to the owners' house but very private, with a separate entrance and guest parking space. It is spotless and well appointed, with lot of extras like coffee service options and thoughtful toiletries in the bathroom. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is updated and quite nice and includes an induction cooktop. The owners are readily available for any questions or concerns. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it!

We used the property while receiving treatment at the UVA hospital. It was very easy to get to and from the hospital. The host was very helpful and gracious. We'll definitely stay again if we come to the area.

Neighborhood was beautiful, check in , check out was seamless. Owners extremely responsive. Large 2 bedroom with a full kitchen, washer and dryer. Will definitely use again. Thank You!

Great unit with great location to all activities!

Julia was a terrific host, beginning with questions we had before booking. She was very accessible and communicative. The house was super clean and organized. From cookware to band aids, all amenities were provided. The location was perfect, minutes from UVA.

i needed to travel to UVA for business, wanted a rental walking distance from campus and downtown. This place was perfect, quiet street, close to campus and resturants. The property was lovely, the rental was well equipped abd furnished. Very clean with well equipped kitchen and living space. I would highly recommend this rental

Perfect home base for visiting UVA ( 1 mile from stadiums, university, shopping) . Apartment was very comfortable, well stocked, organized and immaculate. Neighborhood and surrounding gardens were beautiful. Owners are very responsive. We will be back!

We chose this VRBO for the online appeal and location. We were very pleased as this was perfect for our needs. Very well appointed kitchen with all the tools and cookware for making meals and three (!) coffee makers including an espresso machine. Top end appliances and nice bath with plenty of plushy towels. Comfy beds, too. Very happy with this rental.

We were more than pleased to stay at this wonderful unit. Super comfortable, great location and wonderful hosts . We haven’t seen any previous VRBO unit as organized and detailed as this one . Everything in the house is clearly marked making our stay more enjoyable and making us feel like home. Highly recommended!
