There were nine women all together celebrating a big birthday in this house could not have been any better! Everybody was comfortable and had their own bed. Being right on the ocean insured lots of walks on the beach. The house itself was bright and sunny. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to pull meals together. The second refrigerator was useful and keeping all of our beverages chilled. I would totally recommend this house to anybody looking for a relaxing getaway.

You can’t beat the location of this place. Very spacious and right on the beach. We loved it

The house was not as clean as I have seen in most places I've rented. They had very few items for our use. 1 roll of toilet paper, paper towel. For the rental price I felt they should have stocked it a bit more

After returning home, we could still smell the house on our clothes and suitcases.

The company is great with a particular shout out to the maintenance department who are on top of any issues and very helpful and the front desk crew that is friendly and accommodating. The house is perfect for us. It is not super updated which is fine, it's a beach house and I don't want to panic if any little thing goes wrong on our side – the fact is, some sand is going to come in! Everything works, it's a great design, and there is tons of room to get together or find a little privacy. Wonderful stay – thanks to everyone.PS - I am a hard grader!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately the house didn't match the price and expectations. Lots of items were unsatisfactory. For example, one bathroom had a broken shower door, which was just sitting in front of the toilet instead of being installed. So when you showered the bathroom got wet and when you used the toilet you were cramped. Speaking of toilets. They are old with worn toilet seats and clogging issues. The TV in the main living room turned on but couldn't find channels. The main lights in 3 bedrooms didn't turn on.The frying pans were bent, so you had to try to balance them, so you could fry some eggs. One bathroom was dirty and one bedroom had dirty sheets. Overall the house was worn. The location is great but the house is disappointing.

The large square dining table is WONDERFUL and helps make meal time “together time” even for a large group. As others have mentioned, the house needs some basic preventive maintenance and additional repair. Beware the warped stair. The new decking is very nice.

Great stay with 6 adults and 1,2 & 4 year old. I don’t understand some of the negative comments. Everything worked great- 2 fridges, every utensil, dinnerware, and cookware you need. The grill needed cleaning but it worked-you expect it with all rentals. Beautiful views from every room. Beach access was great with an outdoor shower. I do wish they just gave you the access code. You had to stop at the office to get it
