Fully furnished six beds (3 kings, 1 queen, a murphy bed and a sleepr sofa), four bedrooms plus a rec room with the sleeper sofa and murphy bed in it, three bath circa 1951 house in Savannah with a high speed mesh Internet system supported by a comcast business modem, the fastest they offer. 4 TVs in each bedroom plus onne in the living room, security system, Generac electrical Back-up-generator. Lots of covered outdoor space and uncovered seating in back and a fire-pitfor the winter months. New appliances, 2 refrigerators, oven, dishwasher, hood vent and two stacked washer/dryer sets.
