Stayed Mar 27, 2026We enjoyed the beautiful and peaceful surrounding area during our stay. The cottage itself is a bit tricky to navigate to, so I recommend arriving during daylight hours and closely following the host's specific directions. It is behind a camp and you will not find it in the dark. GPS is no help and you have to go off road. Once you do find it you can truly unplug. There are quite a few house rules /notes posted all over the cabin . The serene location is lovely with a beautiful river flowing behind it.

Stayed May 1, 2026We were really looking forward to fishing in the Creek ,but there aren’t any fish at all in this creek!!! Very disappointing! No WiFi only cable t.v.I’m used to having cell service. I was so afraid we would fall and get hurt , no way to get help. (We’re an elderly couple). Other than that, everything was great! The cabin is amazing. Very clean and comfortable. Mr.Tony has it very well maintained. The decor is absolutely beautiful.

Stayed Oct 3, 2025We only stayed one night of four that were booked. We were extremely cold and one of the rules was not to change settings. Getting in and out of the property (driveway and walkway) was dangerous.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025Great place to unplug. No wifi. One bar of ATT if you stand on the deck with right arm out and left leg bent :). There is satelitte TV if you absolutely need it. Was great just sitting on the deck and listening to the water run. House is in great condition. Amenities great. Master bedroom windows do face East so if not an early riser bring a mask. I'm up at 5-6am usually so not an issue. Got to see early morning wildlife walking by. The 5 stars is not grade inflation !!!

Stayed Oct 25, 2024The cabin was lovely and the creek was delightful. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was perfectly suited for what we needed. One thing to note is that I had zero cell phone service for the duration of our trip. This was in no way the fault of the owner but I wish I had done more research into the area when I was preparing to travel. The Market in town kindly let us use their Wi-Fi.
