Romantic Cottage in Savannah's Beautiful Historic District!

First time to Savannah and it didn't disappoint. The place was very clean and was close to downtown activities. The parking/ street sweeping was a little bit of a challenge depending on what days you are staying. But overall a great place and I'd recommend this place. We'll maintained and described accurately.Thanks for the experience!

This cute cozy cottage was exactly as described! I specifically chose it for the excellent location, which made it within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go. The host was very responsive and attentive to my needs. I was a little worried about parking but actually it was very easy and most of the time I could park right outside of the cottage! I would highly recommend this location for a couple looking for a relaxing Savannah vacation!

The location is great as it is close to the historic center and in walking distance to restaurants and shops. It is also close to a few of the many garden squares.

Everything was perfect. So clean and comfy. We stayed for 3 nights and the location couldn’t have been better for our visit. We highly recommend this sweet space.

House is on a very pretty street and is within walking distance to all the sights and restaurants we wanted to visit. The interior decor is very cute and there is a great private patio where we enjoyed a glass of wine. Premises were spotless and there was very nice bathroom. We had a minor issue and host was quick to remedy it. I would not hesitate to use this VRBO on a future visit to Savannah.

The location of this house is perfect for exploring downtown. The house was charming and perfect for my husband and I. The manager was great to work with as well!

The cottage is conveniently located for an extended stay (including being in walking distance of Kroger, the only grocery store in the Historic District. The neighborhood is very safe and very quiet and there’s always parking spots available. The living room ceiling peaks into 2-stories. The completely private back yard with patio allowed me to keep the screen door open on great weather days. The bathroom is roomy. And kitchen is stocked with all the utensils and cookware I needed. I had a really lovely stay. If you’re traveling as a couple, there is no way to close off the living/dining room from the bedroom. I had a terrific stay and hope to be back soon.

Perfect location for us to explore downtown! A few odd things about the layout of the place, but good enough for my partner and I to relax in when we were tired. Wish the outdoor patio would’ve been more presentable to sit out in the cool mornings due to the excessive leaves when we checked in and an overturned/buried chair in the leaves, but overall the stay was nice!

Very cute place, walkable distance to a lot of stuff. Pictures and listing are accurate. The bed, however, was extremely firm. Wall part of the shower had a dign saying not to use it, if it needs to be fixed then that needs to be specified.

Clean studio-style apartment. Bed is biggest drawback. Toilet also sits too high for shorter people. Needs some tweaks, maintenance.

My husband and I loved staying in this little cottage for 3 days. It was cheerful and roomy--especially with the addition of a private patio in the back. I discovered a record player when I first walked in and ended up playing a few old favorites from the record collection. The house is in walking distance to Forsyth Circle and other wonderful historic places in Savannah. We loved having a washer and dryer, and a well appointed kitchen for cooking. We have such a pleasant memory of our stay here, and we'll be sure to return. The owner, Cindy, was very responsive and helpful with any of our questions or needs. Stayed in this VRBO while touring SCAD and Savannah. Great communication with the host, and close to many attractions. On street parking was available as promised, and home was quiet and comfortable at night. I'd stay on this pretty street again in this clean and updated property.

I used to live in Savannah and come back to visit frequently. My bestie and I enjoyed our stay in this quaint apartment in lovely Jones street in walking distance of everything downtown. The courtyard space was perfect for enjoying the weather. We had no trouble finding parking near by.

Historic District location was pretty ideal, and the cottage was certainly more spacious than an average hotel room. Overall, while generally pleased, a couple of things I'd improve: 1) The bathroom's obscure glass door offers next to zero sense of privacy, and 2) I couldn't find any insect spray for the kitchen. Savannah is coastal, fairly tropical. It has its share of pests. One in particular could have been saddled! This was discovered on night two...my spouse was never told about it, as I didn't want to pack-up and relocate to another lodging! Remedy these two items, and I could whole-heartedly endorse the property, as it did serve our needs.

My husband and i had a great stay for his 40th birthday. The property manager let us check in early which is a huge perk if youve flown in. Its within walking distance to everything in downtown hisrotic savannah but on a quiet street.we did have a plumbing issue during our stay but the property manager responded right away and handled the issue to our satisfaction. Even with this, id stay there again.

Cindy was phenomenal and the place was great. We only got to stay one night due to hurricane causing major damage to my parents and I lost everything in Florida at my home. Cindy refunded my funds for the days I couldn’t stay but my girlfriend and I will definitely return as the place was beautiful. Kudos to her for caring enough to help us out.

This was such a cute cottage in a great location! Parking was easy and we didn't have to get back in our car until we left. The walk from the cottage to the Riverfront and shopping was only 23 minutes. Other great restaurants and locations were closer and easy to walk to. The area is so beautiful! Great getaway, highly recommend!
