Romantic, Clean,Comfortable, and Private

The beach house had an odor like water damage and carpet needs to be updated and walls needs to be painted. That would help the appearance of the house and wouldn’t cost much. The ceiling in the upstairs bathroom had mold on it. It appeared throughout the whole house some water damage. I hate to sound critical but it definitely needs improvements. Thank you

This was our second time renting this house. The floor plan is ideal. Lots of balcony space to enjoy the view of the marsh and its fauna. I usually cook every night and appreciate the open floor plan of the living room, dining space, and kitchen.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house is in a perfect location. The beach is a very short walk away. We particularly loved the screened in porch! We can’t wait to stay again when we go back to Folly!

This was our second time staying here. The house is so comfortable and truly has everything you need. The walk to the beach is very short and is never super crowded. The house is also great for a toddler!

They house in a beautiful and peaceful area away from the noise and crowd but close enough to get there easily. Just a quick walk to the beach and nice deck views of the marsh. A Couple of repairs are needed. One Of the shower heads and an outside deck door handle broke off. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend it.

A 2 minute walk to the beach, no house next door and a bird paradise out back with beautiful sunsets. Well stocked kitchen

Our family loved the marsh views and quick access to the beach. Easy to walk dogs on the street. Several visits from a mother deer and her two babies was exciting.

Very nice comfortable home. Stairs to the home were challenging for 72 yo and 1 1/2 yo.

We were impressed with the location, the home was pretty clean and nicely decorated. We loved the privacy of the back and so did our pets. The owner was friendly and accommodating. We will be back in the future. Thank you!

My group of 4 stayed here for a week and we very much enjoyed it! It was a short walk to the beach, had spacious bedrooms, good porch area, and a complete kitchen. The property is a bit older with some older fixtures and could be more deeply cleaned, but it had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay!

We stayed for two weeks at this beach house & had a great time. It’s close walking distance to some of the best surfing on the island. The back of the house is on the marsh, through the deck & one upstairs bedroom you have a nice view. The owner is super kind & helpful. The property was clean & we had no issues.

Stayed here for a week with our three children. Very quiet location with quick, walkable access to the beach. Spent many evenings relaxing on the back deck overlooking the marsh. If you are looking for the perfect mix of relaxation and access to fun, this is the place to stay!

From communication with the host, to the location, the fully equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, fantastic views, we will be back!
