This was the ideal setting for our business retreat. Wonderful home, well-stocked and ideal for cooking big meals and eating outside on the shady veranda. The outdoor fire place and rooftop sitting area are lovely too. Once we got the layout of Todos Santos, the location is incredible. A walk to the gorgeous beach and a short jaunt to La Esquina and food shopping. Love Todos Santos!

Kate and Steve's place was special, clean and peaceful. We enjoyed all of the fruit trees, and well appointed kitchen and cleanliness of the space. Very unique in its quiet surroundings off the main roads and yet so close to town. thank you! Great customer service too!

I had the pleasure of staying at Steve and Kate's place for four days, mid March, with two of my sons and a friend of theirs (20 and two 17 year olds). It was our base for heading to surf at local beaches to the south. It is a beautiful house and had everything we needed including outdoor and indoor showers, great deck on the roof, WIFI , dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer and a lot of movies and books (none were opened). There are also four great beach chairs we put to good use. The house is a very interesting design and very comfortable. We started our days with a hardy breakfast of bacon and eggs, etc brought from the local grocery store up the road. Food produced locally is very inexpensive and the bacon is very lean and fantastic. You may also be lucky enough to find a pound of freshly roasted coffee beans to greet you, which is also fantastic (the kitchen has a grinder and press). The introduction to the house and the exit key swap was handled by Tim and all went very smoothly as did the prompt refund of our damage deposit. He also had some helpful hints and recommendations. Steve (via email) provided us with lots of information and possible activities for the local area. It is a quiet place and I would recommend a car to get around. The house is a little out of the core of the town, walkable, although we did not get a chance to do that. The beds and bedding were all good and things were clean. There are two queen? beds and a day bed in the hall that can also be used for one person. If you need more room than that, a cot is provided but is somewhat unusable and the couch is not a great sleeping option. Todos Santos is a great little town that we did not spend enough time in. We had many good meals there and also rented our boards at El Katrina Surf Shop who can set you up, especially if you contact them ahead of time. As far as the house rental is concerned, it all went very well. It is a beautiful area. I would rent this house again. Scott.

This beautiful and peaceful house is located in our favorite location in Todos Santos. It is near the local farms and within walking distance to the beach and to town. The house was well maintained. The owners and caretaker were very responsive and took great care of us. The property has great landscaping and beautiful views. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a beautiful house. We really enjoyed the layout and the light. It was perfect for our family of five. The description was accurate, but we were still blown away by the property's beauty. We are always trying out different accommodations in Todos Santos, (we have visited every year since 2008). We have stayed either farther out in Las Tunas, closer to the water, or farther up in the desert. Casa Suspiro has been voted one of the, if not the top accommodation by family consensus.

After spending 4 nights on the East Cape in 90+ degree weather, we found This beautiful home in Todos Santos on the Pacific Coast of Baja. The owner responded immediately to our plea for a cooler, more comfortable place to finish our stay in Mexico. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house and grounds are spacious and cool. It was a very welcome respite from the heat of the East Cape. We tell folks that we died in Hell and woke up in Heaven. The owner was in regular contact by email and the onsite manager was available at a moments' notice when we had a minor plumbing problem. The WiFi was great, as was the air conditioning. The kitchen was modern and well equipped. Fresh organic veggies and strawberries available a half-mile away, fresh fish in town, or on the beach, mangoes and limes in the yard. What's not to like? We had a great time here, and will definitely choose Casa Suspiro del Mar when we return to Baja! Highly recommended!

We stayed here for a week, our first visit to Todos Santos. This home made our stay! Very relaxing, walking distance to a few restaurants and very safe! The rooftop was great for an afternoon read or nap!

My sweetheart and I stayed here for a week during this past Christmas to New Years break, and had a wonderful time. The house is really nicely built, with lots of extras to enjoy, like the upstairs deck with couches to lounge on, and the outdoor fireplace which is great on a cool night. A short walk to the beach, and a short drive into town, makes it a great location. Very quiet neighborhood, on a beautiful piece of property. BTW, there is a superb restaurant on the same road, called Las Estrellas, that is a must if you stay here. Wood-fired pizzas that rival the best of Naples, in my humble opinion.
