    We loved the house and location! It was very quiet and close enough to things that we were able to ride our bikes to eat or shop. The house is a nice layout and the small backyard was perfect for our small dog to have a place to run around.

    We had a large family group attending a family reunion. The home was nicely decorated with plenty of space for us. The kitchen was well equipped, which was important since we ate all of our meals there. The beds were comfortable. The furnishings were nice. The front porch was a pleasant place to sit in the evening and enjoy a beverage.There are plenty of hiking trails a short distance away. Also, we did some fishing in the Arkansas River, which was a 5 minute walk away.I would definitely recommend this home and will plan to stay here again in the future.

    The location of this house was great, and it was very comfortable for 6 adults. Note that two bedrooms are in the basement, but they still worked well. We had some issues upon arrival, but the owner responded quickly and took care of things. Would definitely stay again!

    Great property! Perfect location on a quiet street in the back of South Main. 1 minute walk to Eddyline Brewery, coffee shop etc. It's nice to be a little removed from Main Street but close enough to either walk or hop in the car for dining. Been coming to BV for 15 years and this is a fantastic property to rent. Cool downstairs bedrooms create a nice atmosphere for some privacy. Owner is super easy to work with and the communication was superb. Highly recommend this rental.

    Loved the house and neighborhood setting. Loved walking the block to the riverwalk every morning with coffee in hand. It was peaceful and at same time energizing. Could not have asked for more!

    Wonderful location for walking to restaurants, hiking trails and playgrounds. Family friendly activities and great views. Dog park needs some work and hopefully BV will work on it. The whole family ran in July 4th fun run. Thank you for the opportunity to make the memories
