Glorious location on the creek only 1/2 mile to town STR-130

The host was very accommodating, the location was perfect, and the house easily fit my group of eight comfortably. We will definitely come again.

Really wonderful mountain property. Can easily walk to BV. Comfy beds and cozy bedding. Spotless. Beautiful sound of creek out back. Kitchen fully equipped with everything.

Excellent location, good sleeping arrangements and a clean home. The ONLY nitpick we had was the lack of soap/shampoo in the showers. Having said that, we would absolutely stay there again.

This gem was perfect for us. We are a group of seven, 69 and 70 year-old women that all went to Palmer High together. We had so much fun just sitting out on the back deck and flapping our jaws and eating, that we didn’t even get in the hot tub! BTW, the awning on the back deck is awesome!!!

Beautiful location away from hustle and bustle but within walking distance to shops/restaurants. Great kitichen and cooking implements with a dining table big enough for our family of 9. We all loved the game room and hot tub. Overall, a wonderful space for a multi-generational family gathering.

We loved this house in Buena Vista. The three families could spread in different rooms. The kitchen was large and spacious.The downtown area was walkable and we could walk to coffee shops.The best part was the deck space. So wonderful to hang out there.

Amazing location, fully stocked, clean, with access to Cottonwood Creek. Great location for our 50th Anniversary Vow Renewal. Only suggestions would be new mattresses(master was fine) and pool table is in pretty bad shape. Really enjoyed the hot tub. The one complaint that I have is being overcharged (250) for 2 people who didn't stay there. (only came for 2 meals and vow renewal)

This property was perfect for what we needed. We had our wedding party stay here over our wedding weekend. It fit everyone and was awesome being right next to downtown and the river.

Great for families

We booked the property for 7 nights for a family vacation. There were sufficient bedrooms and bathrooms for our party of 8. We truly enjoyed the large deck on which we could enjoy the soothing sound of the creek at the back of the property. The kitchen was well equipped. We loved the game room as we spent some evenings playing ping pong. This was the only large property that had a hot tub, which we enjoyed after a day of rafting. The complaints are that the dryer is very slow (perhaps a partially plugged vent) and there was only one towel for each guest. We would recommend the property but suggest the guest bring towels. We did not appreciate the host expectation that we do so much housekeeping upon departure after we paid a hefty cleaning and host fee at booking.

The house was exceptional! The kitchen was well-supplied, dishwasher was quiet, comfy living spaces, great bedrooms, and we could relax outside in our choice of spaces, either near the river or near the house. Our group wants to book for even longer next year!

The house is awesome—beautiful view, great location and plenty of privacy for a larger group.

The property is just as advertised and made for a wonderful weekend getaway for our whole family. With both easy access to the river and downtown, this a perfect spot for a family getaway on Buena Vista

House was very nice and clean. Close to town. Hot tub was amazing and deer in the morning on property was pretty awesome. Also loved the view.

This is the second time we stayed at this house, for our annual girls trip. It is an exceptional house, very clean, stocked kitchen, and comfortable. The hosts are very easy to work with. We look forward to visiting again

This property was exactly as advertised and was ideal for our family. It was very clean and well equipped with every possible necessity. The hosts are easily reached for any questions or concerns and check-in/check-out is seamless. Most all of the outdoor areas offered a sense of privacy for family members to enjoy. The location of the property worked great for us as we had family in multiple locations throughout town. We were in walking distance to Main Street, the local restaurants, other local lodging, as well as the Arkansas River, and access to local hiking trails. The property is situated on Cottonwood Creek where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful sounds of the creek, watch the deer other wildlife, and even catch a glimpse of trout. There is a lovely fire pit that is great for evening gatherings spent sharing stories of the day while enjoying a glass of wine. The property also offers a very nice outdoor jacuzzi that is welcoming after a long day of hiking, fishing, rafting, or any of the abundant outdoor activities available in this part of Colorado! There is also a detached area that houses a pool table and other games. I would recommend this property and will definitely stay here again when visiting Buena Vista!

There were 12 of my family members staying for my son’s wedding. The house was perfect for 6 couples. Many different spaces for everyone. The kitchen had every amenity you can think of along with extra spices and containers for storage of leftovers. The yard was so relaxing with the creek and hot tub. The garage was used a ton with all the games to play. The guys saw fish in the creek. Would definitely recommend! The manager was so prompt when we needed something once and fast communication.

We Truly enjoyed our stay in Buena Vista. This house was the perfect accommodation for our first annual family reunion. We enjoyed the game room and hot tub and even took a few cold plunges in the river (it was flowing really nice in early August). We enjoyed the surrounding towns, hikes, and rafting adventures. 10/10!

Plenty of room. Little hot this year and no a/c. Otherwise perfect would book again!
