Riverside Getaway In Unbeatable Location W/ Parking by Lucky Savannah

This place was great, had everything you could need and was an easy walk to downtown. We would definitely come back and stay at this house.

Wonderful location within walking distance to many attractions. Easy check-in process. Mature, quiet, and friendly neighbors. Ample street parking and two car driveway parking. Each room has an ensuite. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and other everyday items. The rooms are spacious and separated perfectly for privacy. Each bed was comfy and the temperature inside remained pleasant. There were minor issues. One motorized shade in the primary bedroom unraveled completely. A broken light bulb was found in a chair. I would recommend the owners take a deeper look at the cleaning service. However, these minor observations did not take away from a truly pleasant experience. Overall, a very lovely, charming unit, one that I'd love to return to.

Staff with Lucky Savannah were nice and easy check in process. Bedroom on the bottom floor did not seem to cool down at night per the guests that stayed in that room. Bedroom on the third floor was nice and had a nice shower. The location is not on Historic District but an easy walk to the river.

We loved this property! The location was excellent. The furnishings were in great condition. We loved the patio furniture (and would love to know where it was purchased!). Our only complaint is that there was an ant problem in the front upstairs bedroom, specifically around the faucet and some floorboards.

This home was BEAUTIFUL and SUPER CLEAN!!! Our stay was beyond what we expected. This home has made me want to renovate and build a new home. The scenery of the River and boats riding by was nice for the kids to see. I wish to stay at this same spot when we comeBack to visit.

We had a few issues. The mattress in the 1st floor bedroom needs to be replaced. It wasnt as comfortable as the other 2 bedrooms. The refrigerator went out while we were there but it was fixed right away. Last thing my husband saw and killed roach in the kitchen area. Suggest extermination be done in that area. Didnt see them anywhere else in the townhouse. Also no dressers in 1st floor bedroom or the second bedroom on 3rd floor. Need more towel racks in the main 3 bathrooms.

Perfect suited our needs. Lovely property! Had everything we needed to cook meals. Would definitely stay there again.

Our only suggestion is that the picture in the LR seems out of character for the decor .We loved the home, service was immediate and the location is ideal! Stroll along the river in the morning and be close to everything. Rent this beautiful place!

On the river front and a nice walk to view all the shops, hotels and restaurants. Good location and far enough away to also have a quiet stay. Very clean and spacious for 5 adults. Nice get away and I would recommend this property.

The balcony was a lovely touch where we were able to enjoy the sunshine. I would come back to this condo and would recommend!
