Our house les Bambous Bleus Charming family house by the river in Port d´Envaux. Ideally located by the river, in a quiet area, this charming house offers you a magnificent view of the Charente.
Its pretty tree-lined garden slopes gently down to the river where a private mooring will delight bathers and fishermen.
The house is located along the route of the owners' houses in the very typical Charente village of Port d´Envaux labeled stone and water. This path leads along the Charente to a small river beach with supervised swimming, with sand and games for children, boat and canoe rentals as well as a charming tavern. You will also find in the village 2 renowned restaurants as well as a pizzeria and a bakery.
In summer, numerous events enliven the village: a fishing competition and fireworks on July concerts.
500 meters from the village, a unique place the lapidiales federates stonemasons from all over the world who offer demonstrations, cutting courses and an open-air museum.
